This is inspired by what Harry said about Cho Chang in the last Harry Potter, (why aren't we taught about girls at school)

Harry potters guide to girls

Chapter one

"Harry I thought you might need this when you went to school", this is what the note said. Harry eyed the package suspiciously, who would send him anything like this in the middle off the summer holidays. Harry turned back to the letter he'd never seen this person's handwriting before. "Oh why not I could do with some fun." He muttered to himself. He carefully ripped the brown paper from the parcel revealing a book. Harry let out a long breath. It's only a book he told himself it's only a book. He looked at the cover the title read, A Complete Guide to Girls and their Behaviour "Wow!" Harry breathed as he opened the book to read:

Welcome to the Complete Guide to Girls and their Behaviour we guess that you are frustrated with girls and have bought this book in an attempt to help you understand the science of understanding girls. If this has enticed you read on if not send back to this address for a complete refund:

Harry read the page three times before the actual words had sunk in, a book to explain the science of women amazing! He glanced to the bottom of the page to find out when it was written to find a note written in the same handwriting from the card. It read:

I used this book to understand your mother; she was a one who was hard to understand and if you're my son you'll have trouble-understanding women, but if you'd been Sirius' child you'd have no problem understanding the fairer sex. He was a ladies man, never settled down though oh well read on!

Harry's thoughts were broken by his aunt Petunias shrill voice, "Harry get up," she shrieked, "get up now, you're cooking breakfast for Dudley as it's his birthday today." She marched off to start the preparations. Dudley's birthday was the only day of the year when Dudley could eat what he wanted when he wanted. He could read the book later safe from harm.
