If Gibbs and Tony were not around, Ziva would have done worse than smack Goliath around. He might only be the middle man, selling weapons to those who sell to Hamas and Hezbollah, but he is no better than those who do. No better than the terrorists. No different either. The same swine.

But he has the blood of too many innocent Israeli's on his hand including her little sister. Tali Her sweet innocent little sister.
