Title: Show Some Respect
Author: The Classic Chic
Pairings: No main ones, may be a few small minor ones in the background.
Summary: Ever since winning his title back, Triple H is getting arrogant and it's quickly growing old. The SmackDown Superstars are getting sick of it. And brave enough to step up to the plate, Jeff stands up for all those who are becoming overshadowed.
A/N: Inspired by the continued rivalry of Triple H and Jeff. Don't mind the first chapter, it's not any of my real thoughts toward anybody, I'm just trying to get in Trip's character.
Chapter One: It's All Mine
Hunter tied up his bronze, thick hair back into a pony tail. His strands were slick back, and his attire casual for the night. Why? Because he had off for the night. He didn't have to wrestle anyone. He only had to do a quick promo with Edge, and he was done. He didn't have to do any of the hassling matches against the weaker talent on the roster. SmackDown was pathetic. There wasn't any REAL wrestlers on here; just pathetic wannabes. Without Hunter, this roster would be a total joke. Nothing more than a dreadful waste of time of his own, and camera time.
It was so good to be him, though. WWE Champion and top carder. He was practically runner of the show. Well, General Manager Hunter Levesque did have a great ring to it, but he was too lazy to even try and run for it. I mean, why add more glamour to all that he had already? He was WWE Champion, top carder, married to the boss' daughter, didn't have to pay for a thing while he was on the road. It was good to be him. And it was all because he had the WWE title draped on his shoulder. His prized possesion, his love, his everything. It was all his. All his. And nobody was going to take that away from him; he was going to make sure of that.
Hunter flattened out his shirt and checked for any imperfections in the mirror. Anything? Nope, he was good. Time to rock and roll. He stepped out of his locker room and walked proudly down the halls, till he reached the curtains of the entrance.
