Summary: Songfic to Forgive Me, by Evanescence. Joey and Tristan have a fight, and Joey wants Tristan to forgive him.
A/N: oh yeah, I almost forgot, two things : One, I use the dub names in one shots, and mostly the proper ones in my longer fics, and also *blah* means italics and lyrics, cause I don't know how to make them show up.

I don't know what I said
But I didn't mean to hurt you*
"You've got to talk to him, Tristan" Tea pleaded. Tristan ignored her, and stalked off toward the park "Tristan, come back!"

I felt that I would die
It hurt so much to hurt you*
"Umm, Tristan, can I talk to you?".Tristan turned around "why?". Joey hesitated " B-because I'm sorry". Tristan stared at him "Well I'm not"
*Then you look at me
You're not shouting anymore
You're silently broken*
Joey turned slowly and walked away, dragging his feet. At the last moment, he turned, yelling "all I want is for you to forgive me! I don't want to lose you!"
*I'd give anything now
To kill those words for you
Each time I say something I regret I cry
"I don't want to lose you"
But somehow I know that you will
Never leave me*

Tristan walked over to the figure leaning against the old swingset "Hey" he said softly. "Hey" the figure replied " we need to talk".

And I'm screaming inside

Tristan grinned " I forgive you". Joey grinned back.
