I don't own Harry Potter.

Colin never actually told Harry Potter why he was so admiring of him when people were calling him a lunatic. He had never really worked up the nerve to tell his hero why he was his hero. Harry Potter was always surrounded by his friends, and who was he, little Colin, the stalker with the camera, compared to Harry Potter and Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. Still one of his biggest regrets in the afterlife was never telling Harry.

When Dennis came, he didn't exactly understand. Then again, Dennis had gotten time to grow up and out of his insecurities. Dennis thought Colin just thought it was too personal to tell anyone else about. True, it was very personal, but he was just too scared to tell Harry Potter.

Finally, when Dennis had gotten fed up when Colin went on yet another moping spree and just shoved Colin out of the small house he shared with his family in the afterlife towards Harry Potter. His exact words had been, "Don't come back until you've told Harry Potter."

Colin took a deep breath and knocked on the door where Harry Potter and his wife Ginny lived. Harry opened the door. Colin gave a mental groan. Of all the people to open the door, it had to be Harry. Couldn't he have gotten a little more time to prepare? "Hello, Colin," Harry said as he recognized the boy standing at the door. "What brings you around here?"

Colin took a deep breath, "I know this doesn't really matter, but I want to thank you. If you hadn't announced that Lord Voldemort was back, then I wouldn't have been able to convince my parents to move, and we probably would have all been killed by a Death Eater raid at our house the week after we moved. So, I want to say thank you once again."

Harry looked surprised. Colin heard Ginny calling from inside the house. Finally Harry smiled, "Why don't you come in for dinner, Colin?" Colin happily obliged.
