The lingering after-effect of any illness sucks, and Dean's recent downtime was no exception.
Leaving him with a raw throat, intermittent headaches and ravenous hunger due to inability to eat solid food for three days, Dean's bout of laryngitis had been no picnic.
But it left him with one other parting gift.
After three days of grudgingly enforced silence, Dean's voice has returned; deeper and gruffer than ever.
He sounds like the guy who narrates Chuck Norris trailers.
Not that Dean's complaining; he won't shut the-freakin'-hell up!
How is it Dean was the sick one … but I'm the one who's suffering?
