When Naruto first asked for Chakara, Kyuubi was reluctant.
However, Kyuubi had plenty of time to think about the situation before the foolish boy asked again. (Simply because there's not much to do when you are sealed inside of someone's navel.)
Next time she was a bit some willing.
These days, when the boy asks, Kyuubi gives willingly.
She could plainly recall the shocked look on the fox-boy's face when she agreed the third time.
It was nearly as amusing as the expression he presented after discovering the Nine Tailed Fox was female.
