He also changed his appearance a bit, by wearing eyeglasses. He didn't want anyone to spoil this important meeting, and mostly because it's a meeting with his idol…

Train Heartnet.

"There you are," a voice greeted that young man cheerfully when he arrived in a small ruined building.

"What is it?" Shao Lee turned into his true self. The Black Cat stepped forward to the Magician with no sound. He's truly the legendary assassin Chronos ever had.

"You ever said you idolize me," Train answered, "I know that you idolize me because of my skills and assassination records… However, I don't think that's all."

Shao Lee didn't deny it. It's… Somehow true.

"…What if I say I don't idolize you?" he murmured.

"You just said some days ago that YOU DO."

"What if I say it's more than that?"

Now that's a different question.

Train smiled lightly. He got it. So it went like his expectations, after all. He was afraid that Shao Lee will said "That's all" from the start…

"…Forget it," Shao Lee murmured again, "I'm running out of time. Forgive me, Train, but I need to head back to the Headquarters as soon as possible."

Train only watched Number X turned back. He didn't want to let Shao Lee left… In the other hand, he didn't want to cause troubles for him.

"What if I said I love you?" Train mumbled.

Silence.

Shao Lee turned back to the brown-haired young man. He can't believe what he just heard. It can't be true… It… It can't be…

"That was the last question you're going to ask some minutes ago, am I right?" Train smiled.

Silence again.

Shao Lee bit his lips. That's all. Train knew it. Train realized it. And he's not going to return it. Being a smart one, Shao Lee had predicted that Train was STRAIGHT. After all, he fell in love with that sweeper girl in kimono…

Minatsuki Saya.

"Then?" the long-haired male mouthed. Frustration was floating on his eyes.

No responds. Number X sighed, then turned back again. There's no point in this meeting. Just some chit-chat… Nothing more than that. Besides, everything was clear from the very beginning.

After that, in a flash, Train had held Shao Lee's right arm from behind. Before he could realize it, Train's lips met up with his lips. Surprised and shocked, he gasped, and that opened a good entrance for Train to explore all part of that young man's mouth.

However, Shao Lee broke the kiss.

"Wh-What are you…" he muttered confusedly.

"Kissing you," Train answered.

"But… But why?"

"Isn't it obvious? I thought you're smart."

"But… But I thought…"

"You thought what?"

"I thought… You're straight…"

"…Ah, about Saya?"

Shao Lee nodded voicelessly.

"She's my best friend, just like Eve, Sven, and Rinslet."

"Then…"

"Then?"

"You… Really…" Shao Lee's face turned red.

"I really do."

Shao Lee just looked down to ground.

"What? You can't trust me, aren't you?"

No reply. So Train decided to just kiss Shao Lee again. This time, that young man didn't broke the kiss. He just let Train took control of everything. He didn't care for the time… He didn't care for anything. As long as Train was still there…

In the morning, Shao Lee found himself without his tie on his shirt, and some buttons were unbuttoned. He also found a note beside him.

Same time, same place.

I'll be waiting.
