It all felt the same anymore. Korra would get home, argue with Asami, shower, and then leave again to mope around town. Today however, she found herself reading the paper at their kitchen table. Asami was still asleep and hopefully would stay that way for awhile.

As Korra browsed the different topics, she came across the columns. There was the usual puppies or kittens for sale, garage sales, and general junk stuff. Then she came across a little more interesting of a passage. As she read, the wheels in her brain started to spin.

"My life is starting to feel kind of boring. I'm in this awful relationship with somebody and I know it would be better if we could talk, but we can't. I can't. So, I'm putting myself back into the dating game. Let me know if you're interested. Write the paper P.S. Be prepared, I am a wild girl."

"Wild huh? I like that. Let's see if I can find some paper."

With that, Korra set to work writing the mystery girl back. As she wrote, she realized how hard this mushy romance stuff was. At least she got it a little bit.

"Hey! Let me start off by saying that I LOVE wild. I know how you feel in terms of a horrible relationship and talking, I'm no good at it either. I know this great place that we could meet up at to learn some more about each other and maybe make a start of something new. I have a rented apartment over in the 7th District for when I need a little space. We can meet at this great place called Narook's on Tuesday. See you there at 5 at table 4?"

Now to play the waiting game.

Tuesday rolled around slowly enough. When Korra got home she realized that Asami was gone somewhere. Oh well. Korra decided to where her best to her da- dinner tonight. She really hoped that this would work out. She really did love Asami but she didn't know how to talk to her to make things between them better. She felt that it would be better to leave and let Asami live her life without Korra holding her back.

Korra decided to walk to Narook's instead of drive. She needed the fresh air. Did she really want to do this? Asami was still her best friend no matter how much they fought. She really didn't want to lose that. Mako was to busy with work and Bolin is in Zaofu with Opal. Asami was all she had. Maybe she would just let this girl down gently and try to settle things with Asami the next time she seen her.

As Korra approached the diner, she became more nervous. What if she really liked this girl? What if the girl is a total psychopath and follows her home? As she opened the door she noticed that the diner only had a few occupants. Her eyes snapped to table 4 and she instantly froze up. Whoever this girl was was beautiful and she was only looking at the back of her head.

'Get it together Korra. Go sit and introduce yourself. It will be fine.'

She walked towards the table and sat down. As soon as she looked up she froze.

"Oh, it's you," came from gorgeously red painted lips as stunning green eyes stared at Korra.

"Asami?"

"Last time I checked. Look at us. Cheating on each other with each other."

"Yeah, I think we have some serious problems to work out," Korra said sheepishly.

...

"My goal when I came here was to tell you that I couldn't actually go through with it so that I could go back home and sort things out with you. Guess that backfired huh?", Korra said with a sad smile on her face.

"Well you know, we're here now. Let's talk.", Asami asked, with a hopeful look in her eye.

"Yeah, let's talk."

The both of them sat and talked together for hours. Finally, the owner had to kick them out and they just laughed about it. They walked home hand in hand leaning in closer together.

Maybe talking wasn't so hard after all.

"I really love you Korra."

"I love you too Asami. Let's not let this happen again okay? I don't know what I would do without you."

"I don't know what I would do without you either."
