A/N: Okay, this was written at 1:00am, and I even drew a picture to this...well, I drew the picture first, this came after. Ha ha ha! Well, enjoy this sweet, Billy and Mandy one-shot!

Comfort (Billy's P.O.V)

"Hey Mandy!" I got up from my spot on the couch to greet my blonde friend.

"Hello, Billy." Mandy moved past me, without so much as a hug, or any interaction what-so-ever/

"Anything good on TV?" Mandy asked, flicking rapidly through the channels.

"Nothing YOU'D like." I muttered, sitting down beside her.

"So, how was work?" I asked her, just to change the subject. However, I knew that working late at night, at the local book-store was hard on her.

"Crap, as usual. How the hell do they expect me to recommend a good book, if I haven't read asny GOOD books?!?" Mandy groaned, shaking her head.

"Well...that sucks." I had no idea what else to say. I put my arm around her shoulder, to 'comfort' her, a little.

"Yeah, whatever. Do you have any Vodka left in the cupboard?" Mandy batted my hand away, turning off the television.

"Uh, no. Grim took it earlier." I reached out for her hand, but she moved it away instantly.

"Damn." Mandy whispered, leaning her head on the back of the couch. I noticed she was shivering slightly.

"Do you need a blanket?" I asked, getting up off the couch. I was so eagar to help her.

"Yes, thank you." She said, as I handed her a dark green blanket.

"Wait...did you just say-?" I was shocked that Mandy just said 'Thank you.'

She nodded in reply, before yawning deeply, and resting her head in my lap, closing her eyes.

I had no idea what was going on. First, Mandy had said thank you, then, she was sleeping on my lap. That isn't to say I wasn't thankful for the sudden turn of events.

To risk everything, I leaned down and gently kissed her cheek.

"Goodnight Mandy, I love you." I whispered, hoping she wasn't awake.

I stayed in the position for a good fifteen minutes, my hand in Mandy's hair, a slight grin on my face, before I too, fell asleep on the couch.
