"W-w-what's the meaning of this?!" asks a clearly shaken Homura, former teammate of the deceased Third Hokage Sarutobi Hiruzen.

"He was about to break the Third's law and just as stated, the punishment is death. He is lucky he stopped before he finished what he was about to say or he would be dead." answers an irate Senju Tsunade, the Fifth Hokage of Konoha.

"You went over my head and decided to banish one of my own ninja's and for what? For containing the Kyuubi?" asks a woman who is just barely holding to her own anger at the arrogance of the civilian council into thinking that they can go over her and just banish one of her ninjas. One that she considered as her son.

While this was going on, one of the members of the Elders(3 guesses to who it is) began forming plans on how to get the demon brat from wherever he is and bring him in to his Root Anbu and use him to attain the Hokage seat with the DNA of Fourth and Crimson Whirlpool.

-Flashback 5hrs. ago-

"W-what? W-why? I did what was told of me to do so why am I getting banished?" asks a terrified young boy if you go by his looks, he looks thirteen but what they don't know is that Naruto has a secret. A secret so big that no one even knows about it except for one and now that one is gone. Taken by his treacherous ex-student Orochimaru.

"YOU HAVE TAKEN IT TOO FAR ON GETTING SASUKE-SAMA! YOU'RE LUCKY WE DON'T HAVE YOU EXECUTED FOR THIS! YOU EVEN USED THE DEMON'S POWER"

"WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO?! HUH?! LET HIM USE THE MARK TO KILL ME?!"

"YES!" was the unanimous vote of fate from the council. Only it's the civilian council doing this without the Shinobi council and without the approval of the Hokage. Basically getting rid of the one they hated at the perfect time since the others were busy worrying about their kids and Tsunade healing them.

With that said, Naruto's happy-go lucky mask shattered."I see. So that's how it is. I work hard for this village and this is how it repays me. I only have one thing to say to you all. You are gonna regret doing this to me. Namikaze-Uzumaki Naruto. Son of the Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze the 'Yellow Flash' and Princess Uzumaki Kushina of Uzushiogakure the 'Crimson Whirlpool'." with that said, Naruto leaves the council chamber in a flash just like his father was famous for.

The stunt that Naruto did for doing this left the whole council in shock and denial.
