"Let's just be grateful for each other from afar.." Those were the last words Shelby had said to me. I couldn't believe it. My own mother was walking away from me… again. No. She's not getting away from me that easy. I, Rachel Berry, ALWAYS get what I want. And right now I wants my mom.

"Alright guys, Regionals is coming up." Mr. Shue said as he walked into the choir room. "let's see.. Rachel you get the solo…"
'Perfect. I know exactly what song I'm going to sing.' I thought. 'Shelby Corcoran get ready to have a daughter.'
"…..Quinn and Sam you guys get the duet. Then we'll do a group number.

" From McKinley High School. New Directions." The announcer called.
"This is it" I said to myself.
I walked on stage with Mercedes and Tina as my backup.

"Hi I'm Rachel Berry. I'm your daughter." She then pulled me into another hug
