This is a story about Ron and Hermione

This is a story about Hermione. In case you're wondering, she's about 25 when this takes place.

Disclaimer: J.K. Rowling owns all the people in the story except for the nurse and Hermione's children.

Okay, let's start the story already!

Hermione granger woke with a start. She was going into labor. She called her barn owl, Airies, over to her and wrote a letter to her next door neighbor, Ron Weasley. She wrote:

Dear Ron,

I'm going into labor. Please apparate to the Merlin Medical Center. I want you and Harry to be there when my child is born.

Love,

Hermione

The owl flew out the window to deliver the note. Hermione then apparated to the hospital, where she was led to her room. Meanwhile, Ron read the note, and apparated to the hospital without bothering to change out of his Chudley Cannons pajamas. He had to lie to the nurse, saying he was Hermione's husband in order to be allowed to see her. "Send an owl to Harry." She said, and Ron left the room and did as she told him. He wrote:

Dear Harry,

Hermione's having her baby. As soon as you read this, apparate to the Merlin Medical Center. She wants you to be there.

Ron

He tied the letter to one of the hospital owls, a particularly beautiful screech owl, and sent her to deliver the letter. The owl was one of the fastest he'd ever seen, and it looked like a blur as it flew out of the window. Twenty minutes later, Harry appeared in the waiting room. Ron waved so Harry could see where he was, and he rushed over to Ron.

"Has she had it yet?" Harry asked.

"Nope." Replied Ron.

They sat there in the waiting room for what seemed like days. Finally, three hours later, a nurse hurried over, looking exited.

"She's had them! Come, I'll show you."

The nurse led Ron and Harry to Hermione's room, and Hermione looked incredibly happy to see them.

"Harry! Ron! Look, Twins! Who would have thought…"

Harry and Ron gazed at the two baby boys Hermione held in her arms. They looked like their mother, with small traces of brown hair covering their heads, and the same face, yet there was something about their bright green eyes…they reminded Harry of someone… "What're their names? Asked Ron.

"I'm going to let you two name them." Replied Hermione. "You're my best friends."

Harry picked up one of the twins.

"I'll name this one James, after my father."

Ron picked up the other one.

"I'll call this guy Neville."

"Oh, come now Ron. Be serious." Hermione said.

"A serous name? Okay. I'll call him Sirius."

Hermione laughed.

"Okay. James and Sirius."

"Life is a wonderful thing."

Said Hermione, and went to sleep.
