"I've had enough of this." the brown haired man mumbled, getting up from his desk. He left the office and drove to the building not five blocks away.
When he left his car, he speed walked to the elevator, only one thing on his mind. As he waited for the doors to re-open, he tried, unsuccessfully, to calm down a bit. While they were opening, on the fifty-third floor, he was already on the move. Seven doors down and to the right, he barged into the room, the pack labeled the room 'CBS: CRIMINAL MINDS'.
Already in the room was a short balding man, sitting behind a desk, working on paperwork. "Anderson?" he looked up, surprised by the sound of the door crashing agents the wall. "What can I help you with?" he asked, regaining his composure."
"We need to talk." Anderson said, sitting across from his boss.
"What's wrong?"
"What's wrong? What's wrong?" he sounded outraged. "I will tell you what's wrong. I have been eight episodes, I don't get paid enough, I don't get enough credit, no one knows who I am, and I'm underappreciated. "
"That's how it's always been."
"Well, it needs to change, now."
"What do you want me to do."
"Give me a pay raise, give me bigger, longer, roles, more exciting roles, and give me more a chance to be recognized. I put forth a lot of my effort just like any of the other agents I work with."
"I'm not in charge of that stuff, all I can promise, is a slight raise in your pay. I will talk with the writers and see what I can do there. But I can't say much on that now. You will be known by everyone around the world. Is that better?"
"Yes, thank you." his boss let out a sigh of relief.
-three weeks later-
"I would like to go back to how things were, keep the raise, but cut my work time, I can't handle that many hours."
"Sorry, cut one, cut both."
Anderson deliberated for a few seconds "Fine, cut them both, I'd rather get my sleep, thank you."
A/N: So, the other day I was looking for an Anderson fic and found none, so I came up with this, now he has at least one... thanks for reading and please review and let me know what you think. Side note for those who read 'Meet The Real BAU Team' how do you all feel about Elle, would anyone be offended if I made her a bit 'slutty'?
