Walking through the Guild compound Eve suddenly looked at Elena and said," What is it like to be immortal?"
Surprised she looked at her younger sister and honestly replied," Some times it is hard because I know that one day I will stand over the graves of my loved ones, and it makes me sad but what I have with Raphael I wouldn't change."
"Oh" Evelyn said looking down.
Elena saw her sister's reaction and squatted down so that she was at eye level with her and said," But even though it makes me sad that I may out live my loved ones it makes me happy that I will always to be here to watch over your children and kin."
Evelyn looked up and smiled "really?" she asked her eyes bright with tears.
"Really" Elena replied.
"you know" she said " before I found out you were hunter born I knew where your school was and what kind of things went on there, because you and Amethyst are my sisters and no matter what I will always be there for you ."
She finished giving Evelyn a small smile.
Evelyn looked up into her eyes and gave her a bright smile, taking her hand she led her on walking through the halls of the guild compound.
