"We're coming, Sasuke!!"

That was the only thing that Naruto, Sakura and even Sai had in mind. Scavenging through Orochimaru's liar, opening each and every door they lay they sight on, but nothing. They divided into groups then. After several more door-banging, Sai finds the rogue ninja, Uchiha Sasuke... sleeping.

But what if Sasuke didn't wake up that very moment until the rest of the day?

SLEEPING BEAUTY SLEPT TOO LONG

"Zzzzzzzzzzzzz... zzzzzzzzz..."

Snores were all that Sai could hear. With caution, he approached his target but it seems that Sasuke was deeply unconcsious. It was too quiet, Sai begins to feel that something was wrong. He thought it could be a trap, perhaps the Sasuke he's seeing is just an explosive replica. Sweat drops flowed from all over Sai's face. Should he touch it? Throw a kunai? What to do, what to do... he doesn't know.

Meanwhile, back to Naruto and Sakura...

The two curiously took a peek at Sai's stuff, his bag and all that was in it. They found a book. It seemed like a sketchpad. Out of curiosity once again, they looked at the contents. The sketchpad might have been Sai's personal treasure, because, of all the drawings and doodles it contained, they were all of him and his brother's dreams. They were always together in the illustrations, holding hands and smiling. They were touched, specially Sakura. But just as they were going to close the book, a piece of folded paper slipped off. Naruto picks it up, opens it and is shocked by what he saw...

step-step-drip-drip

He made up his mind. He walked right next to Sasuke's body slowly... carefully. His finger touched Sasuke's back. Nothing happened. This sprayed some hope for Sai. Though not clealry proven that it is the real Sasuke, he checks it right away. He turns Sasuke's body towards him slowly... and when he saw his face, Sai's eyes were blinded by Sasuke's uke-ness...

"HOLY SH--!!"

Naruto exclaimed with great terror. Sakura cannot bear to look and remained quiet.

Illustrated in the piece of paper, was Sai's true desire. He didn't agree to go with Naruto to replace Sasuke, nor did he want to really save him. He wanted Sasuke for himself.

Naruto tried to repel from the feeling of disgust and "sickness" but he can never ever let anyone do that kind of stuff to his bestfriend. Quickly, he ran around and tried to find Sai, the "traitor". Sakura, with all the yaoi-ness on her mind, fell down the floor unconscious. Naruto wanted to go back for Sakura, but Sasuke must come first, especially in this kind of situation.

END: PART 1

Sorry that it's too short, but I promise I'll continue the rest of the story...
