Ianto jerked awake at the sound of the shrilling alarm that told him it was six-thirty. He could feel a groan coming from behind him and a gush of hot air on the back of his neck as Jack sighed. Ianto moved to swing his legs over the edge of the bed and get up, but he'd barely moved an inch before Jack's arms wrapped around his waist in a tight firm grip. Jack snuggled into Ianto, "You're not going, anywhere." He murmured sounding a lot like a petulant child. Ianto rolled his eyes and sighed, Jack always got really clingy in the mornings. "Jack.." Ianto started with a large sigh. "Do I have to go through this every morning, I have to get up to get ready for work, and so do you." He pointed out.

"No." Jack mumbled the pout evident in his voice. "I'm the boss and I say we get the morning off." Jack snuggled into Ianto, his body pressed up to every inch of Ianto's. Ianto rolled his eyes, Jack could be such a child sometimes. "Jack." Ianto struggled in Jack's strong embrace, he tried to wriggle free but was having no luck thus far. "Stop moving. I'm not letting you go. You're comfy and warm, and I'm going back to sleep." Jack mumbled with a soft yawn.

"Jack, what if something happens? What if there's a rift alert, what happens then?" Ianto reminded him. Jack rolled his eyes. "Tosh, Owen and Gwen can sort it out. I'm sure they can handle a few hours on their own." He mumbled against Ianto's back. Ianto sighed, defeated. He knew there was no possible way he was going to win this argument, Jack was impossible in the mornings.

"Fine, 5 more minutes. Then I'm getting up. You can stay in bed all you want, but I'm going to work." He mumbled before turning in Jack's arms so he was facing him. He smiled at the sight of Jack with bed hair and a sleepy face, he looked adorable. He snuggled further into Jack's embrace, his eyes slowly closing. He wrapped his arms around Jack, slowly falling asleep with Jack.

Jack grinned knowing that he'd won the argument. "Yeah, whatever" He smirked and smiled warmly as Ianto turned in his embrace and snuggled into him, he hummed appreciatively and slowly began to doze off, a sleep content smile pulling at the corners of his lips. Let's just say neither of them got up until quite a while later.
