I've been reading it lately. Gawd, do I love it.
So I wrote it.
Naruto: YAY! MY SAKURA!
Sakura: ...BAKA! I'M NOT A POESSION!
Naruto: Sorry Sakura-chan.
Sakura: She does not own Naruto. I do.
Naruto: -sweatdrops- Eh heh heh heh...
...Er, okay then, on with the story.
An Idiot's Heart
He was an idiot.
There was no other way to describe him.
She stared at the hand he offered her, grinning widely and stupidly.
"Ne, Sakura-chan?" He chuckled. Their other teammate watched from the tree where he was leaning.
She's going to decline...again...
She always declined, no matter what had happened before hand to get her on the ground.
Always.
Sakura stared at the blond idiot waiting patiently for her to take his hand. Waiting. He was always waiting.
Her heart swelled.
I've been so stupid...
With that thought, she started crying.
The blond looked widely disturbed. "Sakura-chan? Eh? What did I do?"
"Naruto...you baka...Thank you..." She grasped his hand, tears still streaming down her face.
With a wide grin, he pulled her up off the ground, but was quite surprised when she threw herself at him, hugging him and crying.
"Sakura-chan...?" Naruto was extremely confused.
"Naruto...I'm sorry..."
"For what, Sakura?" He asked stupidly. She started laughing.
"Naruto...are you hungry?" She asked, letting go of him. "You want to go eat?"
"That depends...where are we eating...?" He smirked at her, then quickly started grinning again.
"Hmm, I know of this new place...I'm pretty sure they have ramen..."
His eyes lit up. "OFF TO THE NEW PLACE!" He proclaimed, grabbing her wrist and dragging her off to who knows where.
"Na-ruto! Do you even know where the place is?" Sakura laughed.
"NOPE!" He said.
Sakura sighed.
Oh well...at least he has a big heart...
NARUTO IS SO ADORABLE!
Naruto: ...Eh heh heh...
Sakura: Yes, he is, but he's MINE.
