The cold rain drops fell on his face and Ryoma opened his eyes slowly. His whole body was aching and he was laying on a dark road. He looked at his left arm and he tried to move his fingers with no success. His elbow was completely crushed.
He went out to run, like he always did on his free nights. It was a little chilly since it was fall, so he decided to take a shorter way to return home before the rain started. The young man remembered the car in high speed, sliding on the asphalt and coming directly into him.
Ryoma coughed and felt the warm blood on his mouth. His arm was not the only thing that had been crushed. His chest was extremely painful and it was hard to breath.
"I'm going to die." the thought crossed his mind and he closed his eyes due to the pain.
Suddenly, everything was silent and he felt soft fingers on his face. They were coldish as the rain falling over his body before. It took him forever to open his eyes again and he felt his heart racing with the vision in front of him.
"Oh." the young woman said, with a small smile. "You are still alive."
She was floating over him. She had long red hair and her red eyes were glistering. She was wearing a dark green dress and her round cleavage was showing. She was extremely beautiful and Ryoma couldn't take the golden eyes from her.
"Help...me." he was able to say, in a breathless whisper.
"Are you sure you want my help, human?" her thumb caressed his cheek. "I can return to you everything you lost. But it will cost you."
"Please." he coughed blood and used all his last strength to say the word.
"As you wish." she smiled, her fangs showing, before Ryoma felt his neck being biting with a great strength and everything around him was taken by a deep darkness.

Ryoma parked his expensive car at the garage of his building. He had trained all day and had a press conference before arriving home that took so long. He hated talking to the press. The same silly questions over and over.
Echizen Ryoma was the first Japanese tennis player to ever won the Grand Slam. The feature was even more amazing because it happened just after a terrible accident that was supposed to end his life.
Just a couple of months after being hit by a car, he won the Australian Open, followed by Roland Garros, Wimbledon and US Open. He carried a big scar on his left elbow and the press said it was his lucky charm.
Two years had passed by so quickly after that ominous storm. Even though his life seemed extremely normal to everyone else, only Ryoma knew how much he had changed.
He entered his apartment and left the shoes on the entrance, before looking around. It was a beautiful night and the full moon light was illuminating the living room. He walked to his room and sat on the edge of his bed for a moment. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He was tired and in need of a bath.
He opened his eyes and there was a small smile on his face when he felt the soft and familiar body around his. The creamy thighs were around his hips and the soft breasts on his back. The arms were around his shoulders and he felt a soft kiss on his cheek.
"Welcome home, Ryoma." the vampire said, with a sweet voice.
"I'm home, Sakuno." he said, gently, before touching her hand and kissing her fingers.
