"Mommy?"
"Yes, Gerard?"
"Me and Frankie has a question"
"What's your question, kids?"
"Me and Frankie was outside and we heard some big kids talking about babies."
Donna froze. She didn't like where this was going.
"Momma, how are babies made?. Where do they come from?" Frank looked up at Donna with those huge eyes.
"Gerard, your daddy will tell you" Donna smiled sweetly at her husband, who looked panicked. Donna quickly went upstairs to talk to Mikey.
"Well, Dada?"
"Uh...well, kids, when a man and a woman love each other-"
"What about two men?. What if they love each other?. I love Gerard!" pouted Frank.
"Yeah!. I love Frankie!" Gerard folded his arms.
"Um...well, when two people love each other, they write a letter to magical stork, which is, uh...called Sally, and if Sally The Stork thinks the people will be nice to a baby, Sally puts a baby on their doorstep."
Gerard and Frank frowned, their tiny brains thinking over what they had just learned.
"Okay!" chirped Gerard, then they both bounded upstairs.
Donna came in to the living room and shook her head.
"Don't worry, they'll forget it in five minutes. Gerard has the attention span of a goldfish on crack" she reasurred her husband.
THE NEXT DAY
"Mommy, can you give this to the mail man?" Gerard handed his mother a peice of blue paper.
"What's this, sweetie?"
"It's our letter to Sally, Mrs Way!" beamed Frank.
Donna flipped open the letter. In wobbly crayoned letters, it said:
DeAr SAllY,
CAn yOU PleaSe brinG mE ANd FRanKiE a BabY?
ThaNK You, LUv GerarD and FranKie xxx
"Oh, kids, Sally only brings adults babies" explained Donna, trying not to laugh.
"Oh well. We'll just have to wait." said Gerard, looking determined.
"Me and Gee will have a baby one day" smiled Frank.
Donna sighed. Ah, kids.
Well, guys, that's that. I think it's cute. Please review!
