Sherlock rolled his eyes. "On the contrary, John. I don't need to do anything."

"Yes, Sherlock," John said in a disagreeing tone, "you do. In fact, you need to shower, you need to eat, and you most definitely need to - What? I'm simply saying." The doctor folded his arms across his chest, unfazed by Sherlock's withering gaze.

"I'll do all of that later," Sherlock said flippantly, resuming his pacing. "I must solve this horrid case."

"It's not horrid."

"It is."

"Sherlock, murders are horrid. Missing crackers are not."

"Oh, John. I pity you."

John rolled his eyes, heaved a long-suffering sigh, and resumed reading his newspaper.
