Falling Snow

And the snow kept falling,

Deep and white,

Covering the ground,

From left to right;

Smothering the green,

The black,

The gray,

All was lost under snow that day;

The people came,

They went,

They stayed,

But the snow covered all;

And with a flailing

Of Fallen Angels' wings,

All is gone

But the snow kept falling…
