Four men stood around a table in a large company building, discussing telepathic mechanisms and something…related,at best.
A few days after an experiment was conducted,the CEO of a company, Cradle Pharmaceutical,stumbled upon information that the Police had been investigating but accidentally leaked out.
Information about a 'Manipulator'. Something,or SomeONE,who can manipulate people and objects at will.
And as such, Gentarou Hongou,who is the CEO of said company, decided to see it through.
He laid out all the information to Nagisa Nijisaki, Teruaki Kubota, and Kagechika Musashidou.
They wanted to find this 'Manipulator'.
So they began to eavesdrop on the police's investigation,and bug the person who controls everything on it, Inspector Cabanela.
Soon after,they learned of an incident with the Justice Minister. That HE knows of a manipulator,or as he stated, a ghost,talking with him.
They figured out their next move then.
Justice Minister's Office
"Justice Minister." Hongou stepped into the Justice Minister's office. Clearly,he wasn't planning something pleasant for him.
"Huh? Who are you?" The Justice Minister looked up from his 'work'. Actually he isn't working,he's busy stressing out right now.
He slowly approached the Minister's desk,talking as he did so. "I've heard that you know something. Something that I need to know…about a 'Manipulator'. Talk."
"I…I don't know what you mean."
Having heard that reply, Hongou slammed his fist on his desk. "LIAR! You said it yourself,didn't you?! You know this Manipulator! This…this ghost!"
The minister's eyes widened. "How…How did you know that?"
"That doesn't matter! Talk!"

The minister then broke down,in the pose he had been before Hongou entered.
"I...I'll talk."
Hongou leaned against the desk as the other spoke.
"This ghost...his name is Sissel. I don't know much about him..but I know he can go back to 4 minutes before a death and stop it. He can manipulate objects as well."
"...Do you know where he is?"
"..."
"Well?"
"..! Uh,um...That is unknown to me,however..but I know that he is currently with a detective by the name of Lynne...at Temsik Park."
"Alright."
Brushing his coat aside,Hongou stood up from the desk and left the minister's office to make his way to Temsik Park.
Hopefully,this 'investigation' isn't in vain.

He was certain he heard a voice...from the leaf. Is it the ghost that minister was talking about?
