"That'll teach you to call ME poopy-head!" the sparkling shouted in a youthful yet threatening tone.

"I'm sorry, I swear!" the other one insisted, but it didn't help his case.

Megatron was in the schoolyard, beating the energon out of the kid who had decided to call him a mean name. Currently, the name-caller was squealing pathetically and begging him to stop—probably even he was questioning the wisdom of what he had done. Most of the other younglings at Kaon Elementary were afraid of Megatron…yet there was something about him that made others want to follow him; they wanted to listen to the words he said. And he was a good fighter, too—if anyone (even older kids) challenged him, he fought back and won.

"Too late!" Megatron said, and kept punching him. That was when he heard a mechanical voice coming from behind him.

"Offer: assistance?" said the other mech, a little timidly.

"What have you got?" Megatron snapped. Unsurprisingly, he was a little cynical.

"Laserbeak: eject," said the youngling, pressing a button on his shoulder. Megatron watched with slight interest as a baby bird popped out, squawking menacingly. To Megatron's amusement and surprise, Laserbeak descended on the name-caller and pecked him repeatedly in the face until he cried. Megatron couldn't help it—he laughed along with his classmate until tears streamed down his face, too.

Once Laserbeak was done with his pecking, and the bully had run off sobbing, the young Megatron turned to his helpful classmate, a sinister smile on his face.

"I'm Megatron," he said. "What's your name?"

"Designation: Soundwave," his new friend answered.

"Well, Soundwave," said Megatron. "Wanna come over and play after school?"

"Offer: accepted," Soundwave replied.

"Great!" Megatron grinned. "Come on, the school bell's ringing."

Soundwave nodded, and the two younglings dashed off back towards the school.
