Summary: Together we watched as the common in its large hand was crushed to death.

A loud braying noise stopped us both in our tracks. When we turned the last corner something hulking stood on the other side, slamming a common against a wall. The large creature was bellowing, a high noise for something so big. The common in its arms was screeching and clawing at the large arm wrapping around it. With every move the pathetic arm of the large creature swung, completely limp. Your gun rose slowly, unsure if something like that had any weak spots.

My hand lashed out, grabbing your wrist and pulling you backwards, away from the monster.

You glared back at me and I shrugged, were we supposed to face that thing with only our limited ammo?

Both of us turned to the large creature still mumbling incorrectly around the corner. Together we watched as the common in its large hand was crushed to death.

After that the large creature wandered off, still mumbling and we went our own way, guns out and ready for something smaller.

A day went by where we didn't face anything special, only a couple of commons, half starved and desperate. Those we easily killed.

It was only when it reached midday that something went wrong. The same baying noise as before ran through the streets and the large lopsided creature rounded the corner and spotted us.

Both of us ducked sideways, opposite sides, when it started running our way. The big creature hit the wall behind us with a thump and screamed before it came after me.

I scrambled back but got caught when it boxed me in and lift a huge hand in my direction. It grabbed me around the middle and started crushing.

I was still screaming.

The creature pulled his hand back and smashed it and me back into the wooden beams behind me. Just as it was about to do that again the creature screamed and dropped me, whirling around to face you. You leveled a gun into its face and pulled the trigger. The creature screamed again and ran, moving faster than before. Only when it got far away did we hear what it had attracted.

The pounding of feet echoed in the streets, becoming louder and louder. With me still dazed at your feet you grabbed my M-16 and started shooting, downing commons as they ran.

Finally when the last one dropped before they even got to us, you crouched down and lifted me, carrying me to the closest safe house in the vicinity.

When we finally got there you lowered me down on the bed and moved to the kitchen to scrounge up some food when you heard it's baying again.

Anger bubbling in your chest, you reloaded your gun and left the safe room, but not before shutting the door. When you found the creature it was smashing its way through the last few commons it had found. You raised your gun and shot, mindful of a shotguns kickback. The creature screamed again and whirled around, spotting you. It bayed again and charger, angling its body so that it's left arm would hit first. Another shotgun blast and the creature started faltering. Another and it stuttered to a stop.

The last shotgun blast downed it.

You stared down at the creature before you shouldered the shotgun and left, walking back to the safe house.

Charger done.

Since Tank was already done, really early too, I'm starting on Witch.

Peace.

Out.
