Title: Make Up Your Mind
Pairing: Albus Severus Potter/Spica Lupin-Black
Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter nor any other of J.K. Rowling's creations. I do, however, own Spica Lupin-Black. Albus Severus is here portrayed as how my friend (http://cerridwen666. plays him.
Summary: Albus Severus has always been rather indecisive, but Spica has always been rather determined.
Notes: This is AU because Remus and Sirius never had a kid. And I'm writing this during career day.
"What do you want to do?"
Spica's question hung in the air as Albus Severus fidgeted nervously with his hands, glancing over at Spica, who was sitting next to him on the couch.
To Albus Severus, it was not a normal question. The outcome of each answer he could give might be disastrous. He was never really good at making decisions when it came to things like this in fear he might offend someone. Albus Severus saw the question hanging in the air as intimidating as Madame Pince when someone had an overdue book.
Cringing, he eventually came to a conclusion. "I don't know, whatever you'd like to do," he replied. Spica, who had been looking toward him with eagerly shining grey eyes, sighed in frustration.
The two were silent for a few moments. Spica was looking away with her arms crossed, while Albus Severus was frantically thinking of something to say so he could redeem the situation.
Spica half-turned to Albus Severus, although she didn't look at him directly. "...Are you sure there's nothing you want to do?"
Quickly, Al answered her. "I'll do anything that you want to do, Spica."
A sly smile snuck onto Spica's face. "Anything?"
"Anything." Al was feeling a bit apprehensive now, his thoughts racing with all the things Spica could have in store with him. What curse for his indecisiveness? What would she do? What would she--
His thoughts were interrupted by Spica, who had adjusted her position so that she was on all fours on the cushions of the couch, facing Al. She pushed him with a bit of force, yet somehow still gently, so that she could look directly into his eyes.
"I want this," she said, and then kissed him. As Al returned the kiss, it suddenly struck him that being indecisive wasn't as bad as he thought.
