Synopsis: BecauseC there are moments when everything turns upside down. Right and wrong mix up. And then Heaven and Hell collide.

When Heaven and Hell collide

He was too close. Eyes on eyes, lips on lips – just a smooth and hesitating touch.

I felt that I was close to falling. Just one more step. Just one more movement. My head was about to explode, the blood throbbing in my ears. Which was strange because I was not supposed to experience those sensations. This body is merely a way for me to interact with humans – without bonds to my true self, a bodiless spirit.

But I was feeling. It was real. It was undeniable.

He was pulling me down like a magnet attracts metal. It had been so since the beginning, since the day I had received the orders to pull him out of perdition. An Angel of the Lord descending to Hell for a human. Never in my existence had I imagined that I would receive such a command, but it wasn't my duty to question. I was a soldier, loyal and obedient.

I was.

Straight down I went, open wings, sword raised, my light banishing the shadows of that heinous place. My brothers, my companions in battle were at my side but one by one they fell, succumbing to the dark forces. Only I reached the depths where he was. Only I had saw him in his full degradation – mutilated, torn apart, warped.

It was just he and I. Heaven and Hell. Both before and now, as we stand so close, so drowned into each other. Because Dean Winchester was my perdition. I had been able to raise him from Hell, but I had not been not able to keep myself standing. For him I had abandoned my values and beliefs. For him I had turned my back on what I used to call family. For him I had committed the ultimate sin – disobedience.

And now all I needed was one more step. I closed my eyes and stopped hesitating.

Lips. Tongue. Heat. Skin. Heart. Blood. Life.

At that moment, Heaven and Hell collided.

At that moment, I fell.

Author: Well, this is my first fiction published in English. It's a translation of one that I've wrote in Portuguese. Thank you so much, Cohen's Girl for beta reading it for me! Your advises were great!

About the story, it was made in a sleepless night, as a way to spill out somethings that was spinning around my head. My Portuguese beta said it was perfect, but I don't know if I agree. What do you think?
