A/N* This is a favor to a dear friend of mine. He's been hoping I'd write for this pairing for a while, and I know he'll love it. If this isn't your cup of tea, that's cool. You don't have to read it. Thanks.

Bill stood there, his eyes alight with fury and intent. He had been waiting for this moment for a very long time. Dipper will finally receive his due. He had ruined all of Bill's previous attempts, and had even foiled his plans as sock puppet. What was it about this kid that he could so easily ruin all Bill's hard work?

He opened the window. There he was… Dipper. Laying there, asleep in his bed. Now was his opportunity. He could finally be rid of him forever. He could do it. He could. He really could.

He couldn't.

As much as he wanted to, something deep inside of him didn't want any harm to come to him. And that part of him had a lot of say, apparently. Just like that his resolve crumbled, and he started to retreat back to his home.

"Bill?"

Bill turned around. Apparently, in all his introspection, Dipper had awoken, and was now sitting up in his bed.

"No, I'm just your imagination, go back to bed." Bill turned to start leaving again.

"Why did you come here? Did you do something to Mabel? Did you do something to me?" Dipper was on his feet now, steeling himself against whatever evils Bill might bring.

"No, I didn't. I was going to, but I can't."

"You can't?" Dipper was confused.

"I just can't okay?" Bill sauntered over to the rug in the middle of the room. "I think I might have feelings for you…"

"What?!" Dipper jumped back in shock. This couldn't be real. Except that it was. He didn't need to pinch himself to know it was. He could just feel it. Something was pulling him to hear Bill out. He retook his place on his bed and waited for Bill to speak.

"I originally came here to rid myself of you, yes, but I couldn't do it. Deep inside I think you feel it too, which is why you've never been able to kill me." Bill kept his eyes away from Dipper's.

"What? No." Dipper said quickly. "I love Wendy. I have since I first saw her.

"Then why don't we rewrite a little history, then?" Bill disappeared.

Dipper looked around for a little while, and when Bill didn't return, he fell asleep.

When Dipper awoke, he said a quick good morning to Mabel and made his way downstairs to get some breakfast. Something was off, he could feel it. There was something odd in the air, and he couldn't quite place what it was. Everything seemed normal enough… Nothing was out of place. Mabel was eating cereal like a dog, Grunkle Stan was reading his newspaper. Everything was normal. But it wasn't. Something was setting his hair on edge and his "Spidey senses" were tingling.

He continued about his day, going to the Mystery Shack. Soos was there, and so was William, the guy Grunkle Stan had hired to work the register. Dipper didn't know what it was about William that bothered him, but something did. He felt very uneasy. He was pretty good-looking, with his wild short blond hair. He was oddly handsome, despite the fact that he only had one eye. William never mentioned why he'd lost the other, but Dipper had never bothered to ask, either. William was really nice, and he always dressed pretty cool, with his jacket that hat a bow tie and a top hat for the design.

A/N- Let me know what you think. I know this isn't the kind of stuff I usually write, but it was a favor to a friend. Thanks for reading!
