Galaxy: (yawns a little bit) Alright, let's check my email for the day. (pulls up email and eyes widen in surprise) Uh...wow. I did not expect that. (clears throat) Okay, so for future clarification about my gender, I am a girl. But that doesn't mean I don't like guy's shows. Heck, I got introduced to it from a bunch of people. I suppose I could try the site out... (shakes head) Anywhoozles, I'm going to try a Ranger series like Thunderyoshi did with Ari. I did have an idea about it for the longest time, but I wasn't sure where to put my character in at. But I think I might place her in Samurai, just a few days after the main team gets the blaster. I figured it wouldn't hurt for Adam Park to have a kid and have her have a legacy of her own, seeing as he's the second best compared to Tommy. I haven't seen Samurai in a long while though, so I really have to catch up on it. That being said, let's... (hears crashing) Oh, for the love of... what's going on now?!
(Cue Lightning Bliss shouting before she gets tossed inside the room, landing on Galaxy's face.)
Galaxy: Ah! I'm being attacked by a rainbow pillow!
(Blissy jumps down.)
Bliss: Oi! That's Skittle-Corn to you! And sorry about the damage. I was arguing with Firebutt again. He picked on me, called me cute and short, you know, the usual.
Galaxy: (grumbles slightly) Right. That's it. (grabs bazooka) Going hunting. (leaves the room and shots are fired followed by a Wilhelm scream before she comes back in, a small flame on her shoulder) I hate people who pick on my pegasister idol.
Bliss: (blows out the flame) Welp, at least I know Kiki isn't the only one who's gonna be protecting me now. (duck quack) Oh, shoot! That reminds me! I was gonna make cookies with her! Gotta go! (uses a rainbow teleport to warp away, accidentally splattering the screen with rainbow paint and the Disclaimers)
Disclaimers: I don't own Power Rangers or any other media, only my own OCs. All rights go to their respective owners.
Galaxy: LIGHTNING!!
Bliss: My bad!

A beautiful day in Panorama City saw the team of superheroes known as the Power Rangers Samurai hanging out by the beach. This group has helped the good citizens of the city under their guise as color coded warriors, fighting the Nighlocks with their Symbol Powers and teamwork to destroy the fiends whenever they came.
But the Gap Sensor hadn't gone off for a couple of days, so the team was taking their time off to have fun, even the ones who weren't as thrilled.
Emily and Mia, the Yellow and Pink Rangers respectively, were splashing in the water, laughing happily.
"We should have done this a while ago!" Emily smiled in joy.
Mia nodded in agreement. "The beach is so amazing! We have to do this more often!"
Kevin, the Blue Ranger of the group, chuckled as he watched the girls. "Yeah, I gotta admit, being a Samurai is pretty good when fighting monsters, but sometimes a guy needs to kick back and relax."
Green Ranger Mike looked at Kevin in confusion. "Who are you and what have you done with Kevin?"
Kevin simply swatted a load of sand at his teammate's face.
"Hey!" Mike shouted in protest, causing the girls to giggle as they watched the boys get into a tussle.
Emily scanned the area and noticed that one member of the team wasn't nearby. "Hey, where's Jayden?"
Their Red Ranger had noticed something off and was walking towards a young girl with brown hair and hazel eyes that was looking out at the water with a blank expression, like she didn't know what was going on. He went up to her and frowned slightly. "Can I help you, miss?"
She didn't respond for a moment before looking at him. "I think you might be able to. I... I don't remember a lot of things about myself. Just my name and... some basic stuff about myself." Her voice was tough and war hardened, similar to how a veteran might sound.
He kept his stoic expression as he nodded. "Who are you?"
She blinked slightly. "Talia. That's as much of my name as I remember."
He got closer to her, looking her up and down before nodding. "I'm Jayden."
She took a small breath before she heard the screams of terror nearby. Both of them looked around and saw the Moogers running around the beach with a Nighlock following them and laughing.
He quickly took a step forward, holding his arm out towards Talia, who went to move forward as well. "Stay back, okay? We got this."
She made a confused look. "We?"
He gained a determined expression as the other Rangers joined him and they pulled out their morphers. "Samuraizer! Go Go Samurai!"
Talia took a step back and watched as the team drew their respective symbols and flipped them, the symbols flying on them and morphing them into their suits.
All five of the Rangers drew their Spin Swords and took poses. "Rangers together, Samurai forever!"
Talia just blinked in shock as she saw the suits, gasping as she suddenly saw various other teams with different colors, designs, emblems, and everything else like a vision before she snapped back to reality. "Power Rangers?" She had no time to react as she quickly dodged a Mooger coming at her and started fighting, awkwardly at best.
The rest of the team were doing their natural best, attacking various groups of Moogers and using their special weapons to destroy the groups quickly.
Back with Talia, she had managed to get a sword from a Mooger and was swinging it wildly, trying to hit the enemies but missing so many. She eventually spun out and landed on the ground. "Crap. How the hell do I even fight these guys?" She slowly got to her feet before she felt her head hurt as a memory surfaced.
"Don't swing too wildly." A male voice sounded off as her eyes widened. She flashed back and saw what looked like her younger self training with an older man in a black leather jacket, a black muscle shirt, blue jeans, and tennis shoes. He had short black hair that was starting to gray at the sides and brown eyes that looked similar to her own eyes as he gave her a smile that was so familiar to her, but she couldn't place it.
The voice continued on as the man trained with her, teaching her various skills. "It'll make you more vulnerable to attacks. Control, speed, and technique is the key."
Her flashback ended as she blinked in confusion. "Who...?" She had no time to ponder this as a Mooger slashed down at her and she raised her sword to block, actually stopping it. "Whoa." She pushed the Mooger back and started to battle the horde, steadily defeating them one by one as she kept in mind about what little she knew. Soon enough, she destroyed the Moogers on her end while still attaining a few good scrapes, turning to see the Nighlock disappear into a gap as the team regrouped and demorphed.
Mike looked at Jayden. "Who's this chick?" He pointed towards Talia.
Jayden looked at Talia. "An ally." He turned to the team. "Let's get back to the dojo. We need to tell Mentor about this attack." He started to run off, the other five following him.

As soon as the team arrived at the dojo whilst Jayden had explained about Talia and her amnesia, they were greeted by Mentor Ji, who looked at Talia curiously and seemed to think about where he had seen her before.
The group sat down and looked at Jayden, Kevin asking first. "Okay, so first you find her..." He pointed at Talia, who was sitting next to him. "...then Moogers show up with a Nighlock right behind. I'm thinking she's a little suspicious."
Talia folded her arms in annoyance. "And she's sitting right next to you, Blue Boy."
Kevin looked at her and then away in embarrassment, letting out a small mumble. "Sorry."
Mike sighed softly. "Girl, I hate to admit it, but Kevin's got a point. How can we trust you if we don't know that much about you?"
Talia thinks for a minute. "Well, I know what Power Rangers are. I've seen them before, but not around here."
"How? The Samurai Rangers haven't been around since our parents." Mia told her.
Talia shrugged, deciding not to tell them about her vision. "I saw it on TV somewhere. But... the crazy thing is... I remembered something while fighting those fish monsters."
"Moogers." Mike suppiled for her.
Talia nodded. "Anyway, I saw myself, but younger, and there was a man old enough to be my father. He was teaching me how to wield a sword, and their were other weapons I saw myself use, like a sword with a tiger head."
Jayden nodded thoughtfully. "That is a little strange."
Emily took Talia's hand and smiled at her. "I'm sure we'll be able to help you with getting your memories back."
Talia smiled at the Yellow Ranger, grateful to have someone on her side.
"Right now though, we should focus on the Nighlock and what it could have done to everyone." Emily told them.
Jayden nodded and pulled up the map, tapping several previous areas where the monster had attacked. "Those feathers of his are pretty dangerous. Whenever he shoots one off, it almost precisely hits its target, causing explosions that would make an earthquake easily if enough force is applied."
Talia listened in as the others talked, studying the map curiously and noticing that the main attacks were near chemical plants. She frowned slightly and looked at the team. "Why did it choose to attack the beach though? I mean there aren't any chemical plants around there. Do you think they could have been there to get any specific items?"
Kevin looked at the map and gained an impressed face. "You're right. This connection makes sense. Look." He marked each various plant with the respective items that they produced.
Mike nodded. "All of these are in the same general area. Near the docks. My best guess is that the beach attack was a ruse to throw us off the scent."
Ji looked on, impressed by what he saw already as he joined in the conversation. "There were two alerts of breaches, and the second was right by the waste factory." He marked it on the map.
Jayden nodded to the team. "Then that's where we'll go. But we can't do this with just five of us." He looked at Talia.
Said girl blinked in confusion. "Me? Whoa, whoa. Uh-uh." She stood up quickly and backed up. "You got the wrong girl. I'm not anyone special. I mean, do you honestly not think I could be normal?" She bumped into a wall and something fell out of her pocket, bouncing across the ground before landing by Mike's feet.
He looked down curiously and grabbed the item, frowning when he noticed the similarities to the Samuraizer. "Signs point to no." He looked at Talia.
The others looked at her in equal parts surprise and confusion. How did she come across a Samuraizer? She would have had to have Samurai lineage for that!
Mike passed the Samuraizer to Mentor, who examined it and smiled as if he had a good feeling. "This is the Samuraizer of the Purple Spirit Ranger. Legend has it that the Purple Ranger's powers were lost in the Nighlock war during the Meiji Restoration era. I never imagined it would resurface in someone's hands."
Talia shrugged. "I... I think that's one of the memories I lost, where I found that." She shakes her head. "The most I remember is that it was near a Japanese temple and a flash of light that occurred after I picked it up and definitely before I lost my memories."
Emily frowned as she thought over what the tomboyish girl had said. 'Maybe that temple she stumbled on was the temple of the ancient warrior Kishitsune, the Kitsune Knight. I remember reading about it in the archives yesterday.'
Mia looked at the others. "Maybe it was a passage of rights she had to go through to get the powers of the Purple Ranger."
Jayden hadn't spoken, thinking everything over before he looked up at the team. "Either way, it'll be a good idea to have an ally." He looked at Talia and got up, walking to her. "What do you say?"
Talia looked at everyone's expectant faces and sighed softly. "I don't know a lot about my past, and God knows what my future holds. But if it means fighting with a team like you guys..." She looked at Jayden and Mentor, nodding a little. "...then count me in."
Mentor gave her the Samuraizer. "Then the best of luck to you with the team. I'm sure you'll work well with them."
Right at that moment, the Gap Sensor went off and the team gathered around the map, Mentor pulling up the area. "It's right by the docks again, at the waste factory."
Jayden nodded. "And that's where we'll intercept them." He ran out with the other Rangers following, Talia bringing up the rear after a minute lost in thought.

The six heroes arrived by the docks and slowed down, their tense nature readying them for action.
Talia looked around the area, getting a weird feeling.
"Keep your guard up for anything suspicious." Jayden alerted the others.
Suddenly, Mia noticed something out of the corner of her eye. "Guys! I think there's Moogers this way!" She snuck over, followed by the others, and the six heroes saw a massive horde of Moogers, all of them working to make a rocket of some sort.
"Oh man, that's a lot of Moogers." Mike couldn't help but whisper out of slight fear.
Emily looked at Jayden. "What do we do?"
Jayden observed the scene in front of him before he smirked. "I might have an idea."
Suddenly, Kevin spoke up. "Provided our new teammate doesn't blow our cover first." He pointed to where Talia was sneaking down to the main floor.
Talia landed on her feet silently and slipped behind a few barrels, pulling out some spikes from her pocket and lobbing them over one barrel before she ducked back into cover.
One of the Moogers stepped on a spike and it jumped on the other foot, screeching in pain. The others ran to help it, only to step on the spikes and hop around in pain, one actually landing on one spike with its butt.
The Rangers couldn't help but laugh quietly at this. It seemed like their new recruit had a lot more than just pretty looks to offer.
"What's going on out here?!" A phoenix like Nighlock stormed out and nearly stepped on a spike, jumping back quickly. "Whoa! That was close." It kneeled down and picked up the spike. "Wait a minute. This is one of those blasted ninja spikes!"
The Moogers exploded behind it as Talia stood there, a calm look on her face and a Spin Sword in her hand.
"Uh-oh." The Nighlock became stock still.
Talia stood up as the others regrouped around her. "You're about to be put in the spirit world."
"Wait, since when were there six of you?!" Flanix shouted in anger.
"Since today." Jayden declared proudly before he glanced at Talia and whispered to her. "Follow our lead." He flicked open his morpher, the others following him as they held their morphers by their left shoulder. "Go Go Samurai!" The six of them drew their respective symbols, Talia's being Spirit, before they flipped the symbols.
Talia stood in a lilac colored plain, and she held her arms to the side, palms face up. The screen rotated around her to show her in a training uniform before her face was covered by a ninja like mask, and she spun around as the symbols around her formed her suit, which looked similar to the other Rangers save for the purple color.
Her Spin Sword flew in and she caught it by the handle, sheathing it at her side as another Spirit symbol landed on her face, forming her helmet.
She pulled her black base Disc on the handle to her Spin Sword and drew it out of its sheath, holding it up lengthwise as the tip reached her shoulder. She then did a backflip calling out, "Samurai Ranger ready!" She landed and went to one knee and her left hand, her Spin Sword resting on her right shoulder.
"Rangers together!" The six twirled their swords and slashed down. "Samurai Forever!" They all struck different poses after, Talia taking a stance similar to Sailor Venus.
"Moogers!" Flanix shouted as more of the Moogers gathered around. "Get those Rangers!" The army charged at the six, who ran in and the fight was on!
Emily and Mia paired off, spinning their Discs. "Earth Slicer!" "Sky Fan!" They loaded their animal discs on the back of their weapons and started fighting again.
"These Moogers are like a bunch of flies!" Mia shouted as she knocked a couple back.
"Yeah, they're always needing a good whack!" Emily agreed as she threw her Slicer and knocked a bunch down.
With Mike and Kevin, they called on their own weapons. "Forest Spear!" "Hydro Bow!" They started blowing through the Moogers.
"Hey, Kevin! Heads up!" Mike launched a few Moogers in the air.
"Oh yeah! Target practice!" Kevin called out and fired a few shots, knocking the group that Mike had thrown down.
The boys shared a high five and a laugh at their victory.
With Jayden and Talia, they were fighting Flanix, holding him off from getting to the rocket. "You're not getting that in the ground!"
"Try to stop me!" Flanix launched his feathers at them.
Thinking rapidly, Talia spun her black disc and a chain sword formed from her Spin Sword. "Spirit Chain!" She locked her Kitsune Disc on the back and flicked her wrist, the chain extending and breaking through the feathers before it struck Flanix, knocking him back.
"What?!" Flanix was shocked; blocking the feathers was supposed to be impossible!
"Nice thinking." Jayden commended her as the others joined them, also cheering her on. "Great job, Talia!" "Nice!" "Oh yeah!" "Pretty good shot."
The Purple Ranger couldn't help but blush in pride under her helmet. "Thanks, guys."
Jayden stepped forward. "Let's finish this Nighlock!" He summoned his Fire Smasher before looking at Talia and grabbing the Kitsune Disc. "Let's see how the Kitsune powers work with the Cannon Blaster." He locked it in and with Talia's help, they swung the Smasher and held it steady as it changed to its blaster form and he loaded his Disc in with the other main four following, each speaking as they do so.
"Time!"
"To!"
"Cook!"
"This!"
"Birdbrain!"
Flanix got up and looked over. "Yikes!"
"Five Disc Kitsune Cannon!" Jayden and Talia called out together while the other four kneeled down behind them.
"Wait, let's talk this out!" Flanix tried to reason to no avail.
"Cannon Blast!" Jayden pulled the trigger and launched the discs, a purple kitsune aura forming around them before striking the Nighlock.
"Agh! I'm being roasted alive!" Flanix screamed as he fell and exploded.
The Rangers got up quickly, the main five pulling out their Zords before Talia stopped them. "Hold up." She pointed to a ball that flew out of the flames and to her hand, changing from a black phoenix to a lilac kitsune that jumped down and grew to an animal sized proportion.
"Wow." Emily smiled as she watched the motion.
Mia frowned. "To turn the Kitsune spirit evil... that's just awful."
Talia petted her spirit's head and sighed softly. "I know I don't want these beautiful creatures or any creature to be hurt like this."
The spirit nuzzled her hand before disappearing and going into her body.
Jayden sighed and watched them, not saying anything.

Later that night, there was a small racket coming from the kitchen as they heard Talia grunt and yelp a little bit.
"Need help, Talia?" Mia called out in concern.
"Nope!" The brunette's voice called back as a clatter was heard. "I'm good!"
Emily looked at the others. "What is she even doing anyway?"
Mentor smiled and chuckled. "Talia said she learned how to cook before she gained amnesia. I can see that she has the skills for it, but it worries me a little."
Mike nodded in agreement. "Yeah, how are we gonna know if she's still a good cook or not?"
Talia peeked her head into the room. "I take offense to that, Mike."
The Green Ranger held up his hands in defense. "My bad."
She ducked back into the kitchen, more clattering coming out before she shrieked in surprise, coming out a few seconds later with flour all over her. She spat out some flour from her mouth and shrugged. "Could be worse."
The others laughed upon seeing her state and she laughed with them, happy to have a bunch of good friends.

Galaxy: Huh. Well, I definitely thought out some stuff about Talia. Even if she's an amnesiac, she has the skills of a fighter, she moves like a ninja, and she's super observant. On the flipside, she's an impulsive girl because she acts without thinking, she gets offended easily, and she's kind of a klutz while trying to make something in the kitchen, but her cooking is exceptional. I'm kinda basing her cooking skills off of my real life cooking skills without making them identical. (squee)
Firebrand: (teleports in) Well, at least she's not an Alicorn Mary Sue, that's for sure.
(Galaxy lets out a scream of surprise and jumps up in fright, looking at the ground below before looking at the camera while a trumpet blows the "Wah-wah".)
Galaxy: Sometimes I hate being a human. Read and review, guys! Byeeeeee!!!!!! (falls to the ground Wile E Coyote style as the camera fades out)
