Hey guys, long time since I've written one of these

Hey guys, long time since I've written one of these. I'm not sure if any of my old fans are out there reading these anymore….but oh well. Here goes nothing!

Things to know:

-Lilly can sing

-Miley can sing, but is no longer Hannah

-they are all sophomores in high school

-its Lilly's POV unless said otherwise

I sat on my bed surrounded by multiple books, notebooks, pencils, papers, and my laptop. I always hated homework. I finally finished my English paper and now I'm finishing Geometry. I'm good at Math though. You have no idea how much I've had to tutor Miley and Oliver. Speaking of Oliver, he's more on my mind than homework is.

I'm actually talking to him on MSN as I talk to you. He hasn't finished any of his work yet he's still talking to me online. Silly, Oliver.

Oliver says: Liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiilly…will you help me with my English paper?

Lilly says: what do you have so far?

Oliver says: uhhh…nothing…

Lilly says: ugh, fine. I'll be over in a bit. Get your stuff ready!

Lilly has signed out

That donut…the paper is due tomorrow! I sighed, grabbing my notes and my paper, leaving my mom a note. I headed out the door and walked next door to the Oken house. I knocked once and the door opened.

Oliver was standing there grinning like crazy. "If you keep that face up any longer it's going to get stuck like that." I said, rolling my eyes at him. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" he said. I shook my head at him and headed to his room. He followed and shut the door behind him, locking it so his pesky siblings didn't distract him, I guessed.

I looked on his desk and spotted a folder titled "English Paper". I shrugged and opened it. There was a completely finished paper in there. "Oliver…?" I said questioningly holding up the small stack of papers. He turned a little pink. "Right…I kind of finished already. I just wanted you to come over."

I smirked at him. "So why didn't you just ask?" He thought for a moment and shrugged, grinning. I flicked the side of his head. He grimaced then tackled me onto his bed. For an onlooker, this would look odd, but this was normal for us.

He started tickling my sides, a weakness I've had since forever. I started laughing and struggling against his grip. I finally got a hold of his hands and held them away. We smirked at each other and he got off. He accidently fell off the bed when he rolled off.

"Ouch." He muttered, rubbing his head. I sat on the floor next to him. "You okay?" I asked, still smiling. He shook his head. I moved his hand away from the growing bump on his head and kissed it gently. "Better?" I said jokingly. He was grinning. "Uh huh." He said.

I rolled my eyes at him and he grinned, standing up. He held out his hand for me. I took it and he pulled me up close next to him. Our faces were only an inch apart. He touched my cheek and tilted his face slightly. I closed my eyes, the butterflies in my stomach going wild.

There was a knock on his door and we jumped apart. "Oliver? Dinner time! Why is your door locked?" his mom's voice came from the other side. Oliver turned red and went to open his door. "Uhhhh, hey Mom. We'll be down in a sec. Lilly? Staying for dinner?" He turned, directing the last question at me. I nodded, still pink from the almost-kiss.

So that's the start. Continue?
