Im bored. I just speant like twelve hours in skates and my feet hurt like hell, so I'm writing. Writing is the only thing that makes me relax.

As I was saying, I am bored, so i remembered this one scene from 'Aliens in a spaceship' (Season two) where Hodgins hands Bones a page from her book and asks her if there is anyone she wants to say goodbye to.

And, wala. a fanfic is born. :P

Disclaimer: i dont own Bones. Go figure.

"So…Bones. The hospital staff, they gave me your things." Booth sat on her couch, resting his elbows on his knees.

Brennan was pouring drinks, her back turned to him. This was fortunate…for he couldn't see the alarmed look on her face.

"Yes?" She answered- her heart racing.

"It is simply illogical to assume that he found…the note. It is irrational..." She thought to herself, her heart racing; her palms getting sweaty.

"Yeah…so I…I found something." he sat up, taking the drink that she offered him.

"Found…. found what? What did you find?" She stuttered, which was unusual, because Temperance Brennan does not stutter. Booth took note of this in the back of mind…

He whipped a dog-eared piece of paper out of the front pocket of his jeans. He handed it to her slowly, a look of shear terror on her face. She studied it in her hand. It looked like it had been folded and unfolded many times…from repeated readings…

It was the page Hodgins had ripped out of her book while they were underground. Buried alive by the gravedigger.

"Anyone you wanna say goodbye to?" He'd asked her.

She'd taken the page and wrote. Poured her heart out, in fact...

"I-I only meant for you to get that if I-If I died. I know it. It sort of breaks your work-life, personal-life boundary and I'm sorry, I undermined that hierarchy. I really didn't mean for you to see it-"

He grinned, his eyes beaming.

"Its okay, Bones." He sort of whispered. They stared at each other, grinning.

"Now what?" She whispered, alluringly, a devilish smile permeating on her face.

He grinned back, equally as devilish, equally as seductive…

The note hit the floor….

Okay, so the ending sucked. but im no good at writing fluff. Absolutley dreadful, really. I honestly dont care if you dont review. I was just bored. So...whatever..
