The first lesson with Snape
Summary:
Harry correctly answers Snape's questions from his first lesson. Kinda Severitus. One-shot
Disclaimer:
I don't own Harry Potter. The wonderful J.K Rowling does.
A/N:
This is a REALLY short fic. Please RR!
"... to not pay attention. Mr. Potter. Our new celebrity. Tell me Potter, what would I get if I added powered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?"
Harry looked up and frowned, tears in his eyes.
"*I do too."
Snape frowned as well and changed he topic.
"Let's try again, where would you find a bezoar?"
"A bezoar is a stone taken from the stomach of a goat. It can be used to cure most poisons, but not all."
Snape looked at the boy shocked. He wasn't expecting him to actually know the answer!
"Where did you find this information?"
"I bought a few more potions books for background reading. I find the subject... oddly comforting Sir."
Harry said quickly, making Snape smirk.
"Very good, now back to the lesson."
The End
if you don't know, according to the internet, in Victorian flower language adding asphodel to wormwood means, 'I bitterly regret Lily's death.' So yeah!
