I wrote this in honor of silence day. For those of you that don't know what silence day is, it's a day in honor of Matthew Sheppard, who was brutally killed because he was gay. Everyone who believes in gay rights is scilent in his honor. Me and a group of my friends were silent ad this is a collection of stuff that happened to us and some other stuff I saw or made up. The stuff at home I made up too.

They were quiet. Kids threw plastic bottles at them but they didn't say anything. Students shouted obscenities at them but they did not shout back. Hand-in-hand they walked down the hall, proudly wearing their gay pride shirts and buttons.

Teachers tempted them to talk by asking them extra credit questions but they turned their heads. Their non-participating friends used clever ways the make them speak but they never fell for it. Some kid said 'look at the little fag boys' and made kissing noises and they just kissed one another passionately and went on their way.

At lunch, they say and lovingly smiled at eacother. They kissed and wrote short love notes to eachother in a notebook, ignoring the chatter around them. Ingoring the names, the disencouraging friends and everything else.

They were hit, punched, kicked, spit on and made fun of, but it didn't stop them. They knew what they were doing was right, and so did the other 9 kids participating. They walked with their heads held high and their mouths shut. They were public about their love and proud that they were gay. What they were doing was good and no one could tell them otherwise. Not the kids. Not the teachers. Not the administrators. Not their parents. Not the law. Not God.

At their jobs, other employees thought it would be fun to mess with them. They both received a lot of abuse. Verbal, Physical, and Sexual. Their bosses yelled at them to speak but they didn't say a word. They were going through with the day, and a boss wasn't going to stop them.

They went home to their shared apartment -that they lived in since they were kicked out of their own houses- together and worked on their homework and fooled around silently. The T.V. wasn't turned on that night because they were busy silently showing their love to each other and secretly trying to get the other to talk. Neither of them did though and they Were okay with the fact that they couldn't win against each other. They ate dinner without any noise and went to bed without muttering a "good-night". They woke up the next day in each others arms and smiled.

"I love you, Naruto."

"I love you too, Sasuke."

That's It. I should be writing If You were gay, but I thought this would be fun. Plus, this was prewriten. I haven't even wrote the notes 4 my other story. Well that it BYEZ!!

Still silent,
