((Author's Note: This is written with no knowledge of how the Movie Thor (2) The Dark World will play out. I only have the trailer and the names from the IMDB and Marvel wiki to guide me along the way for this little short story. Just wanted to let you know this. So with that stated, enjoy.))

Loki sat on his cot of his cell staring at the barren walls and ceiling as always.
The only wall that gave anything different in scenery was the glass wall to his left.
He glared at it with a sneer before glaring up at the ceiling once more.
Loki felt a sudden change in pressure in the atmosphere, a signal that told him that someone was coming to visit the holding cells here hidden away from all of Asgard.
He did not smile or move as he heard heavy boots hit the stone floor as it entered.
It sounded as if it was heading towards his cell, but he did not move, he would not give the visitor the time of day.
If anything it was most likely another guard come to bother or torment him of his failures and misery of what he called his life.
But Loki almost lost his blank look once he saw it was not any ordinary visitor, but Thor.

"Brother, I..." but before Thor could speak any further Loki grinned, inturupting his so called brother.
"You must be truly desperate to come to me for help." Loki grinned mischieviously as he watched Thor.
The man looked onto Loki with a stone face, no form of emotion as he spoke. Only rough truth, no brotherly love or care as he had in the past for Loki.
Loki found this interesting, but stayed silent as he listened to what Thor had to say.

"Loki, I have come to ask you to help me for Jane has been taken, taken by Malekith of the Dark Elves realm of Svatalfheim. He threatens to kill her and destroy all of Asgard."
Thor looked tired and burdened as he spoke.
"I can not do this on my own and I know only you would be able to help me in my quest to save her."

Loki grinned at the site of the broken Thor, and soon he began to chuckle.
"You have become so weak with your love for this woman. So weak that you seek help from a known criminal of Asgard, Midgard, and Jotunheim. You are truly in need."
Thor's eyes shot up glaring a hole through the glass of the cell, straight into Loki's head.
"You should know; when you betray me, I will kill you."
Impressed by Thor's threat, but hearing the lack of truth in it, he grinned amused.
The god of mischief knew lies. He lived and breathed them and this was a lie his brother spoke.
But a little hint of truth, frayed, but ever growing could be sensed in this threat.
If Loki was not careful, Thor's words would become truth and he would not live to see this cell again.

Loki smiled, mischief growing within him with the excitement of freedom and escape from this glass cage.
More like a glass case to show off Odin's fialer of a stolen prized relic.
Thor looked on, still glaring daggers at Loki as he waited for his brother's decision.
Loki's grin widened, his ever white teeth showing.
They glistened like fangs ready to tear at his captors throats the first chance he got.

"When do we start?"
