One fine autumn morning, Dr. Shaun Murphy walked into the hospital to begin his shift. However, just as he was about to prepare for the rectal surgery that one of his patients required, Shaun looked up and noticed that Melendez was approaching him yet again, and he did not look happy.

"Shaun, did you tell a patient that anime is inherently superior to all other forms of animation?"

"Yes, I did. It's a proven fact that has been corroborated by the Nostalgia Crit-"

"Shaun. You're a medical practitioner. Anime has nothing to do with your job. Stop playing games and get to work."

"I was trying to communicate better with my patient, he has a bearded neck and so I assumed that he liked anime. However, I was incorrect. Andrews says that communicating with patients is an area where I need improvement."

"Really, I hadn't noticed." Melendez quietly muttered. "All I know is that this butt surgery needs to go right or else Andrews is going to have my head, so don't fuck this up!"

Melendez stormed off, leaving a confused Shaun in his wake. Wasn't getting to know the patients the whole point of his poor review? Shaun didn't know what was happening, he just wished that it would blow over soon.

"Hi Shaun!" Claire said as she approached Dr. Murphy.

"Hello Claire, you look like Miranda from As Told By Ginger today."

"Um...Thanks Shaun!" Claire exclaimed cheerfully. "How was your flex time?"

"It was good, I bought a new flat screen TV after my neighbor stole mine for watching sports and returned it broken. He was a liar. He told me that his friend penetrated the TV with his erect genitalia and that I would not have to worry because I have small genitalia. However, my genitalia is of average size as it is 3 inches flaccid and 6 inches erect."

"That's nice. Hey, listen, I was wondering if you could help me make sense of this scan that was just completed-"

"You cannot just do that, there are HIPAA laws that would be violated. How can you be so ignorant when you have been a doctor longer than I have?"

"I'm going to go, Shaun."

And with that, Claire left.
