"Yeah right, I highly doubt that the Haunted Mansion is cursed." Jayson bickered.

"It is, trust me Jayson! It's all over the web, and that's why they closed down the ride 2 weeks ago!" Lacey proved. She yelled at Jayson and pinched him.

"Hey what was that for!" He cried

"You have to believe me! There is a backdoor behind the ride and we can sneak in there!" Lacey said confidently.

"Alright, but if we get caught-"Jayson got cut off by Lacey.

"We won't, trust me." Lacey demanded.

"Fine" Jayson trusted.

The two of them slowly headed for the back door. Lacey was ahead.

"Wait up Lacey!"

"Hurry up slow poke." Lacey giggled.

Jayson caught up with Lacey and they reached the back door. A boy with red curly hair and freckles and a girl with long brown hair and bright blue where there trying to open the door.

Jayson and Lacey stood in shock. It had looked like two other kids were already there trying to open the door.

"The door is bolted. We've been trying to open it for 30 minutes. I'm Tawny and he's Ethan. You guys come here to sneak in the house too?" Tawny asked.

"Um…yeah, we were hoping to see if it was cursed or something, it was my favorite ride and Disney Land isn't the same anymore without it." Lacey said anxiously.

"We came here because our friends Tyler, Paige, and Johnny went missing in the Haunted Mansion two weeks ago and they were never seen again, we want to find them." Ethan explained.

"That's so horrible, we'll be happy to help you find your friends." Lacey smiled.

"What!" Jayson screamed.

"Jayson shut up! We're going to help find their friends!" Lacey forced Jayson.

Jayson sighed and Ethan giggled.

"Let's look around for stuff to open the door with!" Tawny suggested.

"Sounds good." Lacey agreed.

The group looked around for things and Jayson came across a rusty crow bar.

"What is a crow bar doing behind a ride?" Jayson thought in his head.

"Oh look! Jayson found something." Ethan said with joy.

"Good job Jayson. You're actually useful for once." Lacey said with laughter.

"Oh whatever." Jayson sighed.

Jayson gave the crow bar to Tawny. Tawny tried and tried until finally she got it open.

"You got it!" Ethan shouted with glee.

"Really? I hadn't noticed. Just kidding!" Tawny said with sarcasm.

"Good one." Ethan said.

The group quietly walked into a hallway with scarlet colored carpet.

"Let's follow it!" Lacey suggested.

"Oh no!" Jayson shook his head with dis-agreement.

The four kids followed the long hallway and finally reached a door. The small chocolate colored door looked old. The white scull as a door knob was creepy although Ethan enjoyed it.

"A scull as a door knob? How cool." Ethan laughed.

"Well duh, it's haunted house themed." Tawny told.

"Well should we open the door or not?" Lacey questioned.

"Well if were gonna find my friends then we're going to have to open it." Ethan said.

"Then who's going to open it?" Jayson asked.

Tawny placed her hand on the skull door knob and slowly and carefully opened it. Another hallway, except smaller. The group followed it and Lacey kicked it open.

A control room, about 12 camera screens showing all the rooms in the ride from different angles. It was amazing, they had seen such a cool room.
