AN: Dang, I am on a role these past few days. Not only have I written and submitted two one-shots, I've also worked more on two others, and ideas keep popping into my head.
The pairing for this is Mine (Micah and Shane), and it's kind of...my view on how the whole Papa-Anderson-finding-them-out business went down. I know it's weird, I don't even know what my brain was doing when I wrote this. Just...yeah, enjoy, and drop me a review?
I own nothing!
There was something about the risk of it, something about knowing someone could walk in and blow his secret, and it just increased the pleasure, the passion of it all. Of course, love played a big part, but the normally so cautious boy lived for the passion, for the knowing that just a simple touch, just a simple kiss, could turn into so much more.
Which is why, against his better judgment, Micah didn't have a problem with making out with Shane in full view. It didn't matter that Shane's dad was due home at any time. It didn't matter that Blaine was somewhere in the house, and would surely lecture them if he found them in that compromising position. All that mattered was that moment with Shane, the heat of the kiss, the fire of his touch. He lived in the moment, just that one time, not caring that the fire that pleasured him so much could just as easily burn him. As their lips moved together in synchronization, as the scratchy fabric of the couch raked at his bare back, all he could think about was Shane.
The essence of the younger boy was all around him, his warm breath on his face, his soft, but just rough enough, hands as they glided over his chest, his comforting weight on top of him, it all felt so right. Like nothing could hurt them. Like it was worth the risk, because, honestly, how likely was it that anyone would actually find them?
He was so absorbed in the moment, so absorbed in the boy he loved, that he missed the little sounds that should have warned him. The car door slamming—ignored, because holy hell when did Shane get so good at this. The jingling of keys as they entered the lock—also ignored, this time because of the warm body moving off of him. What? Where's he going?
It was only when the door opened, with Shane, thankfully, still in the kitchen, that Micah realized what was happening. That the worst had happened, that their risk was what led to their discovery, that maybe he should've listened, should have taken more precautions. And then Blaine was there. Sweet, funny Blaine, who always seemed to be in the middle of all the drama that surrounded the 5—four, now. Blaine was lying through his teeth,, and he could somehow here Shane's sobs from the other room. There was yelling, lots of yelling, but he wasn't really paying attention, still caught in the hype of their sexual endeavors, but maybe it was for the best. He answered no questions, as he did not hear them, just stared off towards the kitchen, thinking only of his lover, hiding away in there.
Next thing he knew, he was thrown out of the house, Mr. Anderson already calling his parents, but he couldn't manage to care. He knew this was coming. He knew they couldn't risk it forever, they would eventually discover Shane and Micah's relationship. He smiled to himself as he got into his car, thoughts racing through his head, but one sticking out the most. It was worth the risk.
But was it?
