(The song belongs to regina spektor and Narnia belongs to C.S. Lewis)
The Call
And now let me welcome to the stage, promoting her new album, Lucy Pevensie! Walking on stage Lucy smiled at the crowed and waved just as her agent had told her to.
"Lucy, your new album, The Call comes out tomorrow how do feel about that?"
"To me it feels like the first. The album that came out last year was truly just song covers I did in my free time. I never expected it to make the top 100."
"What was your reaction to that, having one of your songs be one of the top 100 songs in America?"
"It felt amazing in that moment I was flying. Literally I was on a plane to visit my family when I found out. The flight attendants had to tell me to be quite because I was screaming so loud." The audience laughed.
"How does your back round effect your album?"
"I born in England and I lived there with my parents and grandmother until I was 9 then my parents and I moved to California to get a start on my career. Over the past 4 years my accent had faded yet I have the power to call it back and speak with that accent. I like incorporating it into my music because I like to remind my fans that it's important to remember where you came from."
"You named your new album The Call. It is the one song that hasn't been released yet, what is so special about that song?"
"Well, this song is based on the first Lucy Pevensie who was my Grandmother's sister; it's her point of view of WW2. When she was 10 her siblings and herself were evacuated from London because of the war. She, Lucy, hasn't wanted to leave her mother or her father behind but she had to. A few months passed and they did their best to enjoy themselves. But one day they received a letter saying that her father had to go off and fight in the war. Hearing the story when I was younger I couldn't imagine how she felt having her own dad go off to fight in one of the worst wars ever know to the human race. I remember my Grandmother telling me that when they returned Lucy cried for hours. When they went home they never forgot their time in the country. They grew closer to each other and that is important if you have siblings."
"Very true. Now did you ever get to meet your namesake?"
'No. When she was 16 Lucy was killed in a train accident along with the rest of her family except my grandmother and her mom."
"I am sorry."
"That is okay."
"We will be right be back after this commercial break."

"Now preforming her new single The Call, Lucy Pevensie!"
"it started out as a feeling
Which then grew into a hope
Which then turned into a quiet thought
Which then turned into a quiet word
And then that word grew louder and louder
'Til it was a battle cry
I'll come back when you call me
No need to say goodbye
Just because everything's changing
Doesn't mean it's never been this way before
All you can do is try to know who your friends are
As you head off to the war
Pick a star on the dark horizon and follow the light
You'll come back when it's over
No need to say goodbye
You'll come back when it's over
No need to say goodbye
Now we're back to the beginning
It's just a feeling and no one knows yet
But just because they can't feel it too
Doesn't mean that you have to forget
Let your memories grow stronger and stronger
'Til they're before your eyes
You'll come back when they call you
No need to say goodbye
You'll come back when they call you
No need to say goodbye"
The crowd clapped like crazy and Lucy wiped a stray tear from her cheek. She would never get to see the world that her Grandmother grew up in she would never be able to see Narnia.
