My Darling Girl
Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter.
In a castle on a hill,
There she dwells my darlin' gel.
With hair o' red and eyes o' blue
They pierce my heart my darlin' gel.
Come ye down to Hogsmeade square,
And dance with me my darlin' gel.
Toss yer head an' hold me close,
And laugh ye well my darlin' gel.
The sun will set and cold will come
I'll warm ye well my darling gel.
The hearth is lit my freckle queen,
Sit ye down my darlin' gel.
I'll steal from those cherry lips o' yers
They tempt me so my darlin' gel.
A kiss to warm these beggar's bones,
Ye taste so sweet my darlin' gel.
Yer eyes they dance yer teeth they pull
Ye'll kill me quick my darlin' gel.
Yer hands they catch and mischief dance,
Across yer pretty face my darlin' gel.
I pull ye close and drink ye deep
I know ye now my darlin' gel.
Know yon sighs and where they keep,
Ye've lost yer shell my darlin gel.
If ye'd let me strip ye bare,
I'd trace yer veins my darlin' gel.
Along yer wrists across yer knees,
So blue and fine my darlin' gel.
A smile so soft a word so tart,
Ye read my thoughts my darlin' gel.
Scrawlin' sure across my face they are,
And through my heart my darlin' gel.
We tumble down, so soft we sink,
Yer hand in mine my darlin' gel.
I worship at your slender feet,
My heart be yours my darlin' gel.
While ye in your restless sleep,
Ye shift and sigh my darlin' gel.
I'll wake to guard yer troubled dreams,
They'll not take ye now my darlin' gel.
When morning comes all soft and grey,
Ye'll slip away my darlin' gel.
Through early mist and chilly rain,
I miss yer weight my darlin' gel.
I'll rise alone and curse and groan
I hate this part my darlin' gel.
I count the hours and days and long they be,
Til we meet again my darlin' gel.
I watch the skies and listen here,
For words from you my darlin' gel.
It hurts me true when come they not,
Do ye care my darlin' gel?
I listen well, I hear the talk,
Where are ye now my darlin' gel?
It's been a month since last we danced,
Forgot ye how my darlin' gel?
The village folk they whisper now,
Ye've found a prince my darlin' gel.
A man to be yer freckle king,
It's lies they spew my darlin' gel.
How could ye think, ye know too well
No pale eyed boy my darlin' gel,
Will sit ye on yer proper throne,
I'll tell ye now my darlin' gel.
As winters pass and summers go,
And dance we not my darlin' gel.
My faith it fades til it's near to none,
My heart it breaks my darlin' gel.
Do I wait and do I pine,
In vain for ye my darlin' gel?
If ye loved me not ye should have said,
A time or six my darlin' gel.
Now here I lay alone again,
I've given up my darlin' gel.
For live I can't without yer love,
I'd rather die my darlin' gel.

I'm particularly proud of this one since it's been about five thousand and six years since I wrote poetry. Please review and let me know what you think.
