It was a quiet afternoon, which Raven was very grateful for. This year it seemed as Christmas neared the days became more quiet, and as it was only two days away, it was very quiet. Beast Boy had been annoying her less than usual, which was very much appreciated.

Well, until now.

She was reading an interesting book and drinking warm hot chocolate when she heard footsteps running into the room.

She rolled her eyes, preparing for whatever dumb jokes Beast Boy had thought up and decided to share.

"Hey, Raven, do you want to build a snowman?" Beast Boy asked then, smiling and surprising Raven a little. What kind of question was that?

"We're...going to catch a cold if we go out there right now." She mumbled. Though part of her would like to-no.

"Come on, lets go and play!" Beast Boy said then, taking the book away from Raven. She felt a flare of anger go through her. "Didn't I just say no?" She snapped.

"I never see you anymore, come out the door, it's like you've gone away!" Beast Boy said loudly, almost in the way that you'd sing a song.

Raven rolled her eyes. Talk about clingy. "Wait, what door!?" She asked instead, perplexed.

"We used to be best buddies, but now we're not. And I wish you would tell me why!" Beast Boy sang then, leaning really close over Raven. She shoved him away then, making him falling on the floor with a thud.

"First of all, we've never been close! Second of all, guess why?!" She yelled. Not only was he getting on her nerves, but he was confusing her to no end.

"Do you want to build a snowman? It doesn't have to be a snowman!" Beast Boy asked her, again.

"What do you mean it doesn't have to be...ugh, just go away!" Raven yelled then, frustrated and confused.

"Okay bye..." Beast Boy mumbled, slowly standing up and walking off.

Part of Raven was surprised. She didn't expect him to give up so easily. She also felt a little bad...she quickly shook her head, grabbing her book and going back to reading it.

But sadly for her, it wasn't over.

After two hours, she heard footsteps and looked up to see Beast Boy walking over again.

"Do you want to build a snowman?" Beast Boy asked.

Raven gritted her teeth. "Do I really have to say it again?" She snapped.

"Or ride our bikes around the hall!" Beast Boy continued.

Raven widen her eyes. They didn't have bikes. "Were you hit in the head?" She asked, glaring at him. What on earth was wrong with Beast Boy!?

"I think some company is overdue. I've started talking to the pictures on the wall!" Beast Boy sand loudly, motioning slightly. To the walls. Raven stared at him. They didn't have pictures on the wall. Was this some prank or something? Or did Beast Boy finally lose it?

"It gets a little lonely...all these empty rooms...watching the hours tick by." Beast Boy said. Then he went on to make ticking noises with is mouth.

Raven rolled her eyes. "What about Cyborg?" She finally asked with a sigh.

Beast Boy stared at her for a long time before shrugging. "He said he wanted alone time..."

Raven rolled her eyes again. "Fine." She mumbled, actually, for whatever reason, wanting to do it. Not just saying it so Beast Boy would shut up...she wouldn't tell him though.

"Huh?" Beast Boy asked.

"Yes, I want to build a snowman." She said with an exhausted sigh.

"Well...you don't have to...you know what, just forget it." Beast Boy quickly said turning around, about to leave the room. Raven sighed, standing up and grabbing his arm, dragging him outside.

"Are we actually about to build a snowman!?" Beast Boy quickly asked. Raven rolled her eyes. "Yeah." She said.

Beast Boy smirked, and Raven couldn't help but smile a little. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad after all.
