Sierra: I'm back!

Ikuto: About time.

Sierra: I missed you all and now I'm ready to write again! I'm sorry for the 2-3 year delay, but now I shall finish the stories from so long ago and make new ones. So, without further ado, here is a piece, from a year ago that I never posted, about Ikuto's dad and what he was thinking as he left.

Danny: And after this she's gonna write about me :D

Sierra: Patience, Danny. Enjoy :)

Aruto stood in the front hallway of his home. He could no longer live in this house; he couldn't take this way of life anymore. Aruto must be the head of a successful company, Aruto can't spend time with his family, Aruto can't play music. There were too many orders he was forced to fulfill and he was tired of them.

Moonlight shined through the front door window and onto a single picture frame. A small tear fell from his face as he glanced at the picture. He took the frame in his hands and whispered to it.

"I'm sorry I'm breaking the deal, but I want to continue studying music, Souko," he said to the blonde woman standing next to him in the photo. Then, he looked at the two children in front of the two adults. "Ikuto- protect your sister. Utau- be a good girl while I'm gone."

He placed it back on the wall with everything else he was leaving behind. Aruto moved down the hallway and opened the door, his violin case secure on his back, but before he left, he quietly said, "Goodbye," and slowly closed the door behind him.

Guilt clouded Aruto's eyes as he turned away from his house and onto the sidewalk.

"I'm sorry, everyone."

Aruto dashed away from his old life, before he had second thoughts.

Sierra: I know it was short, but just wait a little longer and I'll have more stories and chapters up soon. Thank you for reading :)
