"Help," that was the last text you sent before you broke down.

"Y/N! Y/N! Sweetie where are you?" yelled your boyfriend Jack. You were currently sobbing your eyes out in your bathroom. "Y/N," Jack's yells became more frantic as he ran through the house trying to find you. He knew how you got tears streaming down your face for days on end, not sleeping, or only sleeping, and he was there to help you through it all; Cleaning the house, doing the laundry, making sure you ate and drank, and always listening.

You were in your own world the dark thoughts swirling around your head threading to consume you pulling you under with every wave. You could of sworn you could see the dark clouds hanging above your head. Tears were falling at a steady pace, your breath hitching and your breathing quickens as you hiccup your breaths. You were sitting on the bathroom trying to physically hold yourself together. You hated that you were at war with your own mind. Suddenly the for handle rattled and Jack came barging in.

You looked away from him. Those striking blue eyes of his were filled with pain for you. "Y/N whats wrong?" You couldn't speak you had no air left. "Y/N sweetie breath with me now. In, one, two. Out, one, two. In, one, two. Out, one, two." Jack pulled you into his arms rubbing calming patterns into your back as you continued to focus on breathing normally. You relaxed in his arms.

"Thank you. For coming I mean. I'm so sorry to put you through this. These are my problems you shouldn't have to deal with them." You said apologetically. You hated seeing the pain in his eyes after you break down.

"Y/N, I love you. There is nothing I wouldn't do for you. I'm sorry you have to deal with this but you aren't dealing with it alone," Jack pulled you in closer, "I love you Y/N."
