Disclaimer: I unfortunately do not own any recognizable character. They belong to the lovely JK Rowling. I just enjoy playing around with them.

It wasn't the game that gave him the adrenaline rush. No, he could truthfully careless about Quidditch. Flying is what gives him a rush. He loves being up in the air, on a broom, just flying.

After being locked in a cupboard for ten years, being in the open air gives him a feeling of freedom. Such a great feeling of freedom, that he's sure nothing else could quite measure up. What's even better than the freedom, is the feeling that nothing can harm him. As long as he's in the air, on a broom, he's safe from the Dursleys, corrupted politicians, barmy old Headmasters, Death Eaters and Voldemort alike. More importantly, when he's in the air he doesn't have to be the Boy-Who-Lived, he can simply be just Harry.
