Retribution by Orenji Yume
A Tima one-shot poem
SPOILERS - Tima's thoughts about humans and robots...at the beginning (when she still thought she was a human) and...when she was not herself (a robot...). Sorry if anyone seems OOC. Enjoy! Merry Christmas to everyone and a Happy New Year!
DISCLAIMER: I do not own Metropolis.
Retribution
I don't understand that word
Why must us humans and robots fight?
Salvation
I somehow prefer that word
Can't we save everyone and shine some light?
Retribution
It's a bad word
Stirring hatred and revengueful thoughts in everyone
Imagination
It's a better word
Though it is only in my mind I see that this war is done
Retribution
I don't wish for it
But all who are going to war want to win gloriously
Aniticipation
Everyone else wishes for
This battle to end immediately
Retribution
It's unavoidable
They who oppose me must pay a dear price
Salvation
I don't care
Now before those humans slave us, they'll think twice
Retribution
I'm going to have my revenge
To all humans, it doesn't matter who now
Imagination
I can already feel that joy in
Destroying, before us robots, they'll bow
Retribution
I'll start with a big rebel
And then continue with dozens of explosions
Anticipation
No, I'll set all of them at once
But inside me...what are these mixed emotions?
END
