Mai sat alone at her and Zuko's tree, on a bright sunny afternoon. She had drifted off into a day dream and had unknowingly been

starring at the inscription on the tree that she and Zuko had written a little over a week ago. It read 'Z+M' with a heart drawn around it, for over five minutes.

Unluckily for Mai, her friends Azula and Ty-Lee had noticed, and were curious about what it was she was starring at.

"Hey Azula, look at Mai! I wonder what she's staring at.." Ty-lee mentioned curiously.

"Your right, come on. Were going to check it out, but Ty-Lee, be quiet! we dont want her to catch us!" Azula warned.

"Dont worry, Princess Azula, i'll be quiet!" Ty-Lee insisted, putting a finger to her lips as to signal she would be quiet.

Ty-Lee snuck foreward, over exadurating all her movements, and tip-toeing her way across the courtyard, Azula followed her friend, not making a big

deal about being stealthy, and tried to avoid any stray sticks or leaves that could be laying on the ground.

Once both girls reached the tree, they carefully peered around the tree to read the words written on it, but both girls being careful to avoid Mai's line of sight.

Azula and Ty-Lee looked at the inscription, and Ty-Lee quickly put her hands to her mouth to stiffle a giggle, while Azula just laughed out loud, waking Mai

from her day dream.

"Well, well, well. Looks like Zuko has a little girlfriend, how cute!" Azula teased.

"I- uhh..-its not- umm.. I-Its not what it looks like!" Mai stuttered while blushing furiously.

"Aww, its okay Mai! I think its cute!" Ty-Lee assured.
"Yeah Mai, its absolutely adorible!" Azula confirmed mockingly.

Azula looked around the courtyard for her brother, Prince Zuko, and once she spotted him walking down a corridor with their mother, ran over towards them

"Mother! Can you make Zuko play with us?" Azula pleaded.

"No way! i'm not doing cartwheels!" Zuko protested loudly.

"you wont have to cartwheel, dumdum! Azula told zuko. "And please mom? me and Zuko are brother and sister, so shouldnt we try to get along and play together?"

"Zuko, dear. Azula is right. Go play with your sister and her friends for a while. I will see you later." Their mother replied calmly.

At the mention of Azula's friends, Zuko smiled a bit, and willingly walked over towards them. Meanwhile, Azula just smirked as she led her brother over to her friends.

Once Zuko saw Mai, he started grinning, and also blushing a bit. Azula noticed and smiled to herself, a plan forming in her head.

"Alright everybody, I have a game that we can play." Azula announced."Mai, you go stand over there next to the fountain, and put this apple on your head."

Mai did as she was told and began to balance the apple on her head.

"Alright, now i will try and burn the apple, ready?" Azula ordered, and without waiting for confirmation, sent a fireball at the top of Mai's head.
The apple caught fire and soon the whole apple was engulfed in flames. Zuko ran foreward and meant to knock the apple off her head, but tripped and they both went tumbling into the fountain behind them. Azula and Ty-Lee took one look at the two kids lying in the fountain, Zuko kneeling over Mai, blushing, and both of them soaking wet. and the two girls burst out laughing.

"Its. Not. Funny." Zuko said through clenched teeth.
"Awww, Azula look! dont they make such a cute couple?" Ty-Lee asked while giggling.

Zuko got up out of teh fountain and stormed down the path leading towards the palace.

"Oh Zuko, your all wet! What happened?" His mother asked concernedly.

"Girls are crazy." was the Princes only answer.
