Isabella, Baljeet, Buford, and I come over to Phineas and Ferb's house, and find them with an invention, as usual.
"Hi Phineas." greeted Isabella, "What 'cha doin?"
"So what did you guys make this time?" I asked.
"Friends, bullies, say hello to the Phineas and Ferb Silent-Film-Viewer." announced Phineas, as he and Ferb lift a blanket and revealed what looked like a camera of some sort, although not the kind that I see today.
"Wow. A camera", said an uninterested Buford, "You know, someone already invented that."
"This isn't just any old camera, Buford." replied Phineas, "This little device actually makes you see the whole world as if it is a silent film."
"Watch as it disables the eyes' ability to see in color and blocks all sounds, except music." he continued, as he pushes some buttons and pulls some levers.
As the machine whirs, a bunch of lasers and waves come out. Suddenly, a laser shoots straight into our eyes, and we blink, as we'd naturally do when light goes into our eyes. In just a second, the backyard has gone from colorful to just black, white, or one of many shades of gray. We watch in amazement, and Buford tries to say something. However, no one, not even Buford himself, can hear what he said. Phineas takes out a notepad and pencil, scribbles something on it, and shows it to Buford. The notepad reads, "If you got something to say, write it down." With that information, Buford takes out a sign from nowhere, reading, "Wow." Phineas and Ferb then start playing a piano and trumpet, respectively, starting our fun. At one point, Phineas and Isabella even pretend to be a derby-wearing "tramp" and an orphan girl in rags, respectively. My parents never let me watch anything funny, since they believe they are inappropriate for "proper" girls to watch, but thankfully, I got familiar with this "tramp" character from watching movies about him with Phineas and Ferb. No wonder he was so popular and well-known! Back to Phineas and Isabella, I see how Isabella really likes Phineas, more than just as her friend. I think I feel the same way with Ferb, but unlike Isabella, I'd rather not tell Ferb about my feelings for him, at least not now.
We are having a great time when suddenly, Candace appears in front of us. I roll my eyes, holding up a whiteboard that said, "And so the killjoy has come. At least this time, we don't have to hear her annoying voice."Ferb plays fitting music on a violin as Candace looks at him and Phineas with an angry, shocked expression and moves her lips to say some words. Seeing how she doesn't hear her own voice, Candace opens her mouth to scream really loud, but we can't hear a single sound from her. I hold up my whiteboard again, this time saying, "Thank goodness!"
Phineas again holds his notepad out in front of Candace, this time saying "Hey Candace. We made the Silent-Film-Viewer. It turns the whole world into a silent film! Cool, huh? Now, if you want to say something, just write it down." With that information, Candace snatches the notepad, angrily scribbles something, and holds it out in front of us. Now, the notepad reads, "You guys are so busted when Mom finds out about this!" I roll my eyes again, as Candace runs off to get Phineas and Ferb in trouble. We carry on with our fun, and out of the blue, a bunch of new lasers start shooting out from someplace, definitely not from Phineas and Ferb's machine, which they destroy. Suddenly, the whole world is all color again, and we can most sounds again. Candace eagerly returns with the boys' mom, only to see us all safe and sound in a normal backyard. Shocked and confused, Candace stands there slouched and her mouth agape.
"Hi boys." said Phineas and Ferb's mom.
"Hi Mom." said Phineas.
"Let's go, Candace." said Phineas and Ferb's mom, holding onto Candace's arm.
