Nothing suspicious here, just have a read :)
Nathan walked up to his friend's house in town. He knocked on the door. No response. "Guess no one's home," he muttered.
What he didn't know, was that he was being watched in the trees nearby.
Nathan continued to walk around town, seeing as his whole trek was for nothing. He went into a store. Grabbing a bag of candy, he walked up to the counter to check out. "This is all I needs," he said.
Suddenly, someone walked up behind him. He tapped Nathan on the shoulder. Nathan looked at the six pokemon held with him. He must have a real developed team. As they were about to open their mouth, another person kicked down the door and knocked the person down. Nathan watched in horror as this figure threw out over six pokemon. All chatot.
"Don't listen to that man!" the chatot all cried out. "Evil! Evil!"
Nathan looked down at the older man on the floor. The old man held out a hand in pain. "I.. was just going to tell you..." he barely got out, "that you said 'needs', not 'need'."
Nathan smiled at the man. "Thanks," he said, "I didn't even realize." He helped him up. "You know," he said, "you aren't half bad."
The old man smiled. "Thank you."
The other figure who kicked down the door got up. "I can't believe you listened to him!" he complained. "I even warned you! My chatot warned you!"
Nathan rolled his eyes and left the store. His friend was probably home now.
Like I said, no inspiration, just something that came into my head...
