Professor Trelawny was walking down the empty street of Hogsmede, looking down each alleyway for the pub. The Hogs Head. After a little while of walking she saw the old sign in the shape of a hog, hanging down from the words, The Hogs Head. She walked over to the sign and opened the door which was next to it.

Trelawny saw many wizards, not many witches. Some were drinking madly laughing and spilling butterbeer all over the floor. She went up to the bartender and asked him where Dumbledore was.

'Up top,' said the man scruffly, 'now would you be wanting a drink young miss?' he asked, laughing with his drunk friend.

Trelawny ignored him and ran up the stairs, hoping they wouldn't follow. She was hoping to look good for her interview with Dumbledore, everyone else thought she was no good at Divination. She wanted to get this job, bad.

She opened the door and saw the younger Dumbledore.

'Ah Sybil, you made it. I'm so glad you could, I was wondering if you could even find this old place.' Said Dumbledore, taking her hand and shaking it.

'Yes, it was quite hard to find, down in this little alleyway here.' Trelawny said laughing.

'So, what would you bring to the role?'

'My lunch.'

'What powers do you posses and which prophecy's have become true that you have made?'

'Well, my family has had many successful seer's but, i am waiting for my prophecy's to come true.'

As Dumbledore was getting disappointed in what he was seeing, a shadow passed across Sybil's face.

'Well I have heard enough for the moment. I will send you a letter if you –'

Trelawny stood up and grabbed Dumbledore's shoulders. She was shaking him and Dumbledore was surprised. She recited this;

"The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches ... born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies ... and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not ... and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives ... the one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies ..."

Dumbledore was star struck, so to get a bit of air, he looked out of the window, but he saw Severus's smiling face turning away. He knew Sybil Trelawny would have to live at Hogwarts to be protected.

'Professor, whatever is the matter?' Trelawny asked Dumbledore kindly.

Dumbledore smiled back and said, 'Nothing my dear, now, come back to the castle with me so I can show you around.'

Trelawny looked curiously at Dumbledore, but then it passed. She was as happy as ever, she had got the job.
