It was Canada's Birthday and America had gotten the best idea for Matties present. He would throw him a surprise party. He knew that Canada wouldn't want something huge (Even though he wanted to throw something big) so he just called over a few people to help plan and to also come. England, France, and Prussia. He was going to invite Cuba but decided against it. He didn't want anything happening.

So a few hours before Canada was to come home from a meeting with his boss, they all got to work. France and America were cooking. England was decorating and Prussia was... no one really knew what he was doing. He was kind of going between things. But he was mostly helping England. They knew at the rate they were going they should be done before Canada was back.

Canada was driving home from his meeting. He was really tired. He just wanted to go home, make some pancakes and watch something as he eat. No one had said a word to him about his birthday but he didn't expect anything less. America had wished him a happy birthday this morning.

He pulled up and only saw America's car in the driveway. He let out a breath. This meant that America hadn't thrown him a party. He knew that if he only saw America's car, nothing was happening. Also all the lights were out so he assumed America had gone to bed. Not that he minded. America needed more sleep anyway. He was always up playing videogames.

He walked up to the door and walked in. He was surprised as America usually had the door locked. He just shrugged it off as forgetfulness.

"Hello?" He called out but got no answer. He shrugged it off and went into the kitchen. He turned on the lights.

"SURPRISE!" They yelled jumping out of there hiding spots. Canada was a bit surprised. On the table was a small maple cake (Or so he assumed. It was his favorite) that looked like the Canadian flag. Along with that was a big plate of pancakes with a thing of Canadian maple syrup.

"Wow." Was all he could say. America had a huge grin on his face.

"Happy Birthday Bro." America said.

"Thank you America." He said.

"Happy Birthday Canada." England said, smiling.

"England didn't cook did he?" Canada asked America, who had gone to stand by his brother.

"Of course not. France and I didn't let him into the kitchen let alone cook." America whispered.

"Joyeux anniversaire Canada." France said.

"Marci Papa." Canada said smiling at France.

"Alles gute zum Geburtstag." Prussia said, hugging his best friend. Canada laughed softly.

"Thank you Prussia." He said still laughing.

"Come on! Time for Presents." America said, looking forward to it. It seem to everyone that America was more happier about it then Canada. But he didn't care about the presents he got. He already had the best present. Being with his friends and family was the best present he could ever get.

Happy Birthday Canada! Thank you for reading. I might post one for America's birthday if I get the time. But it might be late.
