Chapter 1

It was a cool crisp fall Saturday morning in Seattle when Sarah Braverman was stading on the sidelines cheering on her 5 year old daughter on a soccer tournament when the teams start to run back her way with the ball.

"Go Teagan!" she cheers out to her daughter feeling a hard body slam into her

"o...oh I'm so s..orry a...are you alright?" a tall handsome man tries to steady her "I..I just didn't see you there." he tells her

Sarah just smiles "y...yeah I'm okay I think." she feels her nose

"Hi." he says and smiles

"H...Hi." she says

"I'm um N..Nate Fisher." he introduces himself

"Sarah Braverman it's nice to meet you." she tells him

"y..yeah y..you too." he smiles checking her out

"so which one is your little one?" he wonders

"uh right over there with the red jersey number 5." Sarah points her out

"oh cute." he says

"yeah, yours?" she wonders

"over there green jersey number 2." he tells her

"cute." she says and smiles

"so she plays for the other team?" he wonders

"y..yes she does." Sarah tells him

"whats her name?" he wonders

"Teagan Braverman." she tells him

"oh pretty." he says

"thanks." she says and smiles watching him

"yours?" she wonders

"Willa Fisher." he tells her his little girls name

"nice." she smiles

"so your from Seattle?" he wonders

"Berkeley originally." she tells him

"you just move here?" he wonders

"yeah like last year." she tells him

"what about you?" she wonders

"I'm from Los Angeles originally." he tells her

"ah get tired of the hollywood life?" she wonders

"was never really into living there in the first place I manage the largest organic food co-op in Seattle but after my father died I returned home to la to work with my brother and take over the family business of funeral directing." he tells her

"oh that sounds like a fun job." she tells him sarcastically

"you have no idea." he tells her sarcastically
